PUBG MOBILE 3.8 was the 2025 Steampunk Frontier update, and its Attack on Titan mode was a limited-time event that ended on July 6, 2025 (UTC). The publisher’s download page now offers current App Store, Google Play, and APK routes, but it does not establish that version 3.8 is still available there. An archived 3.8.0 APK listing exists on a third-party site.
What was in the PUBG MOBILE 3.8 Attack on Titan update?
PUBG MOBILE announced version 3.8 on May 7, 2025, with the rollout beginning May 8. Branded Steampunk Frontier, the update added an Attack on Titan-themed mode to Erangel, Livik, and Rondo. The publisher listed the mode’s availability as May 7, 2025 at 02:00 through July 6, 2025 at 20:59 UTC, so it is no longer active. The official 3.8 announcement describes both the update setting and its gameplay features.
Attack on Titan gameplay and locations
The collaboration featured ODM gear and a compressed gas cylinder, alongside locations including Eren Jaeger’s basement and Utgard Castle. Titan Serum and Attack Titan Serum allowed players to transform into a Pure Titan or an Attack Titan. These were event mechanics, not permanent modes or currently available rewards.
Characters and themed rewards
The Google Play event listing named Eren, Levi, Mikasa, and Armin and referred to themed outfits and companions. That listing documents the event’s content, not the present availability of its rewards. See the Google Play event listing.

Where can you download PUBG MOBILE now?
For a current installation, use the official PUBG MOBILE site, which links to the App Store and Google Play and provides an APK route. Check the store or publisher page for availability in your region. The site currently describes its APK as 1.2 GB; that is a current-site figure and should not be treated as the size of the old 3.8 build.
The official download page does not show that version 3.8 remains available through its current routes. If you want to play the current game, download through the publisher’s listed channels rather than treating an archived 2025 package as the current release.
