In the base game Elden Ring, Prelate’s Inferno Crozier is a Colossal Weapon dropped by the Fire Prelate at Fort Laiedd on Mt. Gelmir. The community-maintained Eldenpedia lists it as a one-time guaranteed drop per playthrough. It requires 45 Strength to wield one-handed or 30 Strength while two-handing, plus 8 Dexterity.
Where do you get Prelate’s Inferno Crozier?
According to Eldenpedia’s weapon entry, the Fire Prelate at Fort Laiedd drops the Crozier. Fort Laiedd is west of Volcano Manor on Mt. Gelmir. The entry describes the drop as guaranteed once per playthrough.
The location and drop information comes from a community-maintained wiki, not an official developer guide. Check your in-game map or a current route guide if you need precise directions through Mt. Gelmir.

What does Prelate’s Charge do?
Prelate’s Charge is the weapon skill listed for the Crozier. The game description says strong attacks will fling foes into the air. The weapon’s in-game description, as reproduced by Eldenpedia, reads: “Colossal hammer with the appearance of roiling flames. Weapon of the Prelates who lead the Fire Monks. Its heft represents the weight of their guardianship. The hammer’s head is unusually substansial, and strong attacks will fling foes into the air.” The spelling “substansial” is retained from the quoted text.

That is a different game context from the base-game Fort Laiedd drop, and the stub does not establish a complete acquisition guide or full set of comparable stats. See the Nightreign entry for that limited information.
