Origins. As of October 8, 2026, its Steam listing still says “To be announced” and identifies it as prerelease; the available sources do not establish an authorized PC download. Check the I.G.I. Origins Steam Community Hub for an official listing update, and avoid unofficial setup files.
What is “IGI 3”?
“IGI 3” is commonly used to refer to I.G.I. Origins, an announced first-person espionage shooter set in 1980 during the Cold War. AntiMatter Games described the planned game as a single-player experience in its August 12, 2021 FAQ. That description establishes the project’s announced premise, not that the game has been released.

The developer’s 2021 FAQ said the game was going to be released in 2022, with an exact date to be announced later. That target has passed and is not a current release commitment. The Steam Community Hub also contains a 2023 post saying the team looked forward to sharing more, but that was not an availability announcement and does not change the prerelease status shown by SteamDB.
