No. Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl do not have a Battle Frontier. Their postgame battle facility is the Battle Tower, which becomes available after you enter the Hall of Fame.
What does BDSP have instead of the Battle Frontier?
The Battle Tower is the postgame facility for challenging battles. It offers separate rooms for Single Battles and Double Battles. After meeting a requirement in standard battles, you can take on Master Class battles; stronger opponents there include Gym Leaders from around Sinnoh, and wins can earn further rewards.
The Battle Tower is not the Battle Frontier under another name. The Frontier is a multi-facility concept; BDSP’s official feature descriptions identify the Battle Tower, not a collection of Frontier facilities. See the official Battle Tower guide for its documented formats and progression.
What else opens in the postgame?
After you become Champion, new parts of Sinnoh become accessible, including the Battle Zone, along with new routes and areas. The official Trainers Guide describes the Battle Zone as the region’s ultimate challenge, but it is not a Battle Frontier.
