Shining Revelry is a digital expansion for Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket, not a physical Pokémon TCG set. It launched at 10:00 p.m. PDT on March 26, 2025, with shiny Pokémon and Pokémon originally discovered in Paldea among its featured additions.
When did Shining Revelry release in Pokémon TCG Pocket?
The announced release time was March 26, 2025, at 10:00 p.m. PDT. That same moment fell on March 27 in time zones where it was already past midnight; the date difference is a time-zone conversion, not a separate release announcement. The official Pokémon trailer gave the timestamp, and PokéBeach’s announcement report noted the March 27 local-date framing.
The Pokémon Company now describes the expansion as released in its official announcement.
What cards and themes did Shining Revelry add?
Shiny Pokémon
The expansion’s central theme was uniquely colored shiny Pokémon. The announcement presented them as debuting in Pokémon TCG Pocket, making Shining Revelry notable for bringing the alternate-color Pokémon theme into the mobile game.

Pokémon from Paldea and other additions
The expansion also featured Pokémon originally discovered in Paldea. The announcement included Pokémon ex, new Trainer cards, and an immersive rare card; PokéBeach’s report names Tatsugiri and Iono among the additions.
Card-pool size
The Pokémon Company described the expansion as containing “over 110 cards.” That is the official promotional wording, so it should be read as more than 110—not as a precise final card count.

Is Shining Revelry a physical Pokémon card set?
No physical Shining Revelry set is identified in the announcement. Shining Revelry is content for the mobile game Pokémon TCG Pocket, so the announcement concerns digital cards in that game rather than a matching physical booster product.
