If you forgot your PokéRogue password, use Menu > Manage Data > Change Password if the game is still open on any device or tab. If you are no longer logged in anywhere, open a support ticket in the game’s Discord support-tickets channel and select Forgotten Password Support. The official FAQ reviewed does not give a general fix for other login errors.
Recover a forgotten PokéRogue password
The recovery route depends on whether you still have an active game session. The official PokéRogue FAQ gives these two options:
- If the game is open on a device or tab: open Menu > Manage Data > Change Password and follow the in-game prompts. The changelog entry dated December 21, 2025 says changing the password logs the account out of other devices. PokéRogue changelog
- If you are logged out everywhere: go to the PokéRogue Discord, open the support-tickets channel, and create a ticket for Forgotten Password Support. Use this route rather than trying to change the password from a session you no longer have.
If you see another login error
The FAQ reviewed does not document a general troubleshooting procedure for a rejected login, a login screen that reloads, a server connection failure, or a suspected outage. The available information therefore does not establish why a particular login attempt failed or whether the service is currently down. A single failed attempt is not enough to confirm an outage.
The FAQ does mention clearing the browser cache, often with Ctrl+F5, to ensure the game is updated after an announcement. That advice concerns updating the game; it is not presented as a fix for account login errors. PokéRogue FAQ update guidance

What changed in the account tools
A December 21, 2025 changelog entry says PokéRogue separated the login and registration screens and added password changes under Manage Data. It also notes that changing a password logs the account out of other devices. This release note provides context for the recovery option; it does not identify the cause of any current login problem.
