Twisted Nerve takes place at 213 Park Homes. The most reliable clues for its two soft objectives are upstairs in the first house: look along the corridor for the Hidden Money Cache and the Incapacitated Minor. Meth-lab routes and even the main objective list differ between walkthroughs, so use your active mission’s objective panel as the authority for your game mode and build.
Objective lists differ by guide and build
Twisted Nerve’s layout is described as two houses with an underground area, but sources do not agree on the exact route through it: one refers to tunnels and a makeshift bridge, while an earlier walkthrough describes a cave hideout. Treat those route details as variant-dependent rather than assuming every map uses the same path.
The discrepancy also affects the tasks themselves. SportsRant’s guide, dated August 9, 2025, lists Bring Order to Chaos, Rescue All Civilians, and reporting two meth labs, plus two soft objectives. Sirus Gaming’s walkthrough, dated December 22, 2023, additionally lists Arrest 2 Suspects and Locate Crystal Meth Storage. The older walkthrough describes four meth labs, of which two must be reported; the later guide gives a different route to the two required labs. Neither guide establishes the exact objective set for every current mode or build. Check the mission panel in your game before following a route.

Find the Hidden Money Cache
Go upstairs in the first, brown house and search the corridor with four doors. The 2025 guide places the cache in a room off this hall, at a desk with cash and a bulletin board. The 2023 walkthrough also locates the cash desk upstairs, across the corridor from the crystal meth storage room. Use the hallway and desk as your clues; the exact right-or-left orientation may not match across variants.

Find the Incapacitated Minor
Search the other rooms off the first house’s upstairs corridor. The 2025 guide places the minor in a far-right room, while the 2023 walkthrough says to enter the room next to the Hidden Money Cache room. Because those descriptions do not establish a universal orientation, use the cache room and adjoining hallway to orient yourself rather than relying solely on “left” or “right.” The 2025 guide advises avoiding flashbangs in the minor’s room; this is walkthrough advice, not an official game rule.
Locate the meth labs
Both walkthroughs associate the required lab reports with the second house and the bridge route, but their door-by-door directions differ. Follow the branch that resembles your active map and confirm the objective panel registers each report.

Route in the 2025 guide
- Reach the bridge from the first house and cross to the second house.
- Search the first area after crossing for one lab.
- Continue through the next hall to find the second lab.
Route in the 2023 walkthrough
- In the second house, check the first door on the right after the front entrance for the first lab.
- Check the back area of the second house for the second lab.
- Cross the bridge from the first house’s second floor to reach the third lab.
- Enter the first room on the left from the third lab to find the fourth.
The older walkthrough says four labs are present and two reports are required. Do not assume that all four rooms—or the older route—apply to your current mission.
Crystal Meth Storage, if it appears in your objectives
The 2023 walkthrough places Crystal Meth Storage on the second floor of the first house. From the main entrance, head toward the living room and stairs, then take the hallway behind the stairs. Look for the left-hand door marked with red graffiti. The 2025 guide does not list storage as a main objective, so search for it when the active mission panel requires it rather than treating it as universal.

Clear the rest of the map carefully
Bring Order to Chaos and civilian rescue are not single-room searches. The guides describe suspects and civilians across the houses and underground area, without establishing fixed positions. Clear rooms and hiding places, restrain civilians, and use the in-game objective panel to track completion. The 2023 walkthrough recommends non-lethal weapons and night vision in dark areas; those are gameplay suggestions, not guarantees of a particular result.
