Then confirm the reward tile and any Premium requirement were met before the season ended, and make sure you are playing on the Ubisoft account that earned it. If the pack still is not there, contact Ubisoft Support or submit a Siege bug report; Ubisoft does not publish a guaranteed restoration process for individual missing rewards.
1. Check the Locker and identify what is missing
Ubisoft lists both Alpha Packs and Bravo Packs in the game’s Locker. Open the Locker and look for the pack there. If you opened the pack but a cosmetic reward is missing, check the relevant operator, gear, or weapon customization inventory instead. Ubisoft’s content-location guidance also recommends confirming that the game content is installed if an earned or purchased item cannot be found: Ubisoft: Locating your in-game content (updated August 3, 2026).
2. Check the Battle Pass tile and season cutoff
Open the Battle Pass and verify that the specific reward tile was unlocked. Ubisoft says items from unlocked reward tiles are added to the in-game inventory. Some tiles require Premium eligibility, so check whether the missing reward was Premium-gated and whether Premium was purchased before that season ended.
The Battle Pass is time-limited: Ubisoft says that once it ends, it cannot be progressed and the Premium Pass cannot be purchased. Its FAQ explains reward delivery and the season-end cutoff: Ubisoft: Battle Pass FAQ. If the season has ended and the requirement was not met in time, the FAQ does not offer a way to progress that pass afterward.

3. Verify the Ubisoft account and platform link
If you play on more than one platform, check that the platform is connected to the same Ubisoft account used to earn or purchase the reward. Ubisoft says Bravo Packs and Battle Pass rewards or tokens are shareable across platforms when earned or purchased in-game, but access depends on using the same Ubisoft account or a console account linked to it. 4. Check the installation and updates
Confirm that Rainbow Six Siege and its available updates are installed on the platform where you are checking. Ubisoft’s content-location guidance specifically advises checking installation when content is unavailable. This check can help rule out a local content issue; it does not establish why an account reward is missing.

5. Contact Ubisoft if the checks do not resolve it
Use the Rainbow Six Siege support page and choose its Contact us route, or use Ubisoft’s support index to find the Siege bug reporter. In your report, include practical details that make the case easier to investigate:
- Platform and Ubisoft account identifier
- Season, Battle Pass reward tile, and whether the tile was base or Premium
- Approximate time you unlocked the tile or earned the pack
- Screenshots or video showing the Battle Pass tile and the Locker, if available
These details are useful context for a support case, not a published list of mandatory fields. Ubisoft’s public guidance does not specify a fixed wait time, identify the cause of an individual missing reward, or guarantee restoration.

What the Bravo Pack Ticket means
The Bravo Pack Ticket was a reward in Operation Commanding Force, Year 8 Season 1: Ubisoft described it as a level-100 Premium Battle Pass reward redeemable for one item from that season’s Bravo Collection.
