The STARS case code in Resident Evil Requiem is RRR. It stands for “Rising Rookie Rebecca,” the phrase on the back of Rebecca Chambers’s photograph in a library book. The case contains the Power Shades charm for the Requiem weapon.
Where to enter the code
Find the case in the locker room at the back of the old S.T.A.R.S. office in the Raccoon Police Department. Enter RRR to open it; you can use the combination directly without completing the clue trail.

How to follow the clue trail
- Read Barry’s note beside the case.
- Check the drawer in Wesker’s office for the library card.
- Take the card to the library and inspect the book.
- Open the book and turn over Rebecca’s photograph. The reverse reads “Rising Rookie Rebecca,” giving you the letters R-R-R.
If the library card is missing
Walkthroughs report that the To-Do List and Library Card files may fail to appear correctly, which can prevent the book interaction and affect a file-completion challenge. GamesRadar+ reports that reloading a save and revisiting the location let its writer find the card. That is player-guide troubleshooting advice, not a confirmed official Capcom fix. Since the combination can be entered directly, you can still open the case without the card.
