For reported fixed Sentry Bot spawns in Fallout 76, start at Whitespring Resort or Whitespring Bunker; Nukes & Dragons lists three nearby fixed spawns at the resort and two at the bunker. Other reported fixed locations include 98 NAR Regional, Arktos Pharma, Grafton Steel Yard, RobCo Research Center, Sites Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie, The Wayward, Transmission Station 1AT-U03, and West Tek Research Center. Chance spawns are less predictable, and community location tables do not guarantee a bot will appear on a given server.
Where to look first
The best starting point depends on whether you want a more concentrated reported spawn or simply need another location to check. Nukes & Dragons lists three fixed nearby spawns at Whitespring Resort, two at Whitespring Bunker, and one at 98 NAR Regional. These are counts reported by that community database, not a guarantee that all bots will be present when you arrive. Nukes & Dragons’ Sentry Bot location index and the Fallout Wiki location list provide the underlying community-maintained entries.
- Whitespring Resort: The database reports three nearby fixed spawns. This is the most concentrated listed option.
- Whitespring Bunker: The database reports two fixed spawns inside the bunker. The Fallout Wiki also lists the bunker interior as a guaranteed location.
- 98 NAR Regional: Nukes & Dragons reports one fixed spawn here.
Check the current in-game map and any active quest or event markers before traveling. The ordering above is route guidance inferred from the database’s reported counts, not a tested route.
Reported fixed locations
Community sources do not agree on one exhaustive fixed-spawn list. The Fallout Wiki specifically marks Dyer Chemical, the Whitespring bunker interior, Whitespring Resort, and Sites Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie as guaranteed locations. Nukes & Dragons supplies additional granular entries, while other location lists name more sites without consistently establishing whether each is fixed or chance-based.

The difference in how community lists classify locations matters: the Fallout Wiki calls Dyer Chemical a guaranteed location, while Nukes & Dragons lists it as a chance entry. Treat these as reported spawns rather than assurances, and check the current game if a specific visit does not produce a bot.
Reported chance-spawn locations
Nukes & Dragons lists the following as chance locations. Its database gives Dyer Chemical, Forward Station Alpha, and Garrahan Excavations Headquarters a 32% chance estimate; the publication date and method for those estimates are not stated. Those percentages belong to that database and should not be read as independently verified odds for your visit.

The Fallout Wiki also lists possible appearances at the Garrahan Mining headquarters parking lot, NAR repair yard, east of Watoga Station, Mount Blair Trainyard, and random encounters. Differences in naming and classification between location lists are another reason not to treat any community table as a live-server guarantee.
Quest, event, and variant encounters
Some Sentry Bots are tied to a quest, event, or variant rather than a repeatable outdoor location. Bethesda’s Fun and Games support entry says that picking up Bunnabun releases a Legendary Annihilator Sentry Bot MK.II. That is a quest encounter, not a location-spawn recommendation.

The community wiki distinguishes a generally non-hostile Whitespring Sentry Bot, Enclave Sentry Bots associated with the Whitespring bunker, an Arktos Pharma bot, and the red Sentry Bot Strikebreaker commonly associated with the Ash Heap and sometimes a Sentry Bot Patrol random encounter. It also lists appearances in Battle Bots, Project Paradise, Most Wanted, and Test Your Metal; verify event availability and variant behavior in the live game.
Bethesda’s release notes for a named Public Test Server update state, “Sentry Bot will now spawn as a Legendary.” That statement describes the named update and does not establish that every Sentry Bot in every current encounter has the same legendary status. Read the official release notes.

Do not confuse the enemy with the model collectible
The Sentry Bot model is a separate junk collectible, not the enemy itself. Its listed collectible locations include RobCo Research Center, Duncan & Duncan Robotics, Vault 51, and Moose’s house at Highway Town. The model-item location page covers that collectible.
