Cesar “Skyz” Bueno joined OpTic Texas in March 2025, when the team released Kenny Williams ahead of Major II. That was a specific roster change, not a current membership announcement: OpTic’s official roster page now lists Huke, Shotzzy, Dashy and Mercules, but not Skyz.
When did Skyz join OpTic Texas?
Breaking Point reported on March 17, 2025, that OpTic Texas released Kenneth “Kenny” Williams and signed Cesar “Skyz” Bueno. The report said the move came ahead of Major II and listed Skyz with Dashy, Pred and Shotzzy on the resulting lineup. Read Breaking Point’s March 17, 2025 report.
Is Skyz still on OpTic Texas?
No. OpTic Texas’s official roster page currently lists Huke, Shotzzy, Dashy and Mercules, and does not include Skyz. This establishes that he is not on the roster shown there; it does not establish when or why his time with the team ended. Because esports rosters can change, check the official OpTic Texas roster page for the latest listing.
What does “newest member” mean in the original headline?
It refers to the March 2025 signing, not Skyz’s status today. The Call of Duty League’s official 2026 schedule provides current-season context, but it does not document Skyz’s departure date or subsequent career.
