SpongeBob SquarePants came to The Sims 4 in December 2025 through two paid digital kits: SpongeBob’s House Kit and SpongeBob Kids Room Kit. EA also offered a limited-time Bikini Bottom Bundle that included both kits and three exclusive items; that offer ended March 3, 2026. The kits require the free The Sims 4 base game and game updates.
What’s in the SpongeBob kits?
The two kits focus on different parts of a Sim’s home: one brings Bikini Bottom-inspired building details and household objects, while the other is designed for a child’s bedroom.
| Kit | What it includes | Best suited to |
|---|---|---|
| SpongeBob’s House Kit | Pineapple-shaped-home features such as themed siding, walls, roofing, a pineapple topper, a steel hatch door, porthole windows, and underwater-style flooring. Furnishings include a diver-helmet TV, a foghorn alarm clock with effects and sounds, a life raft chair, an “I’m Ready!” bed, a Magic Conch, a record player, an inflatable loveseat, and a Krusty Krab-inspired dining table. (EA, announcement: December 2, 2025) | Building a SpongeBob-inspired home and adding nautical or show-themed décor. |
| SpongeBob Kids Room Kit | A SpongeBob-themed bed, pineapple-inspired desk and storage furniture, a clam-shaped chair, Gary clock and light, SpongeBob and Patrick wall decals, a Krusty Krab play set, and SpongeBob, Patrick, and Sandy plushies as in-game items. (EA, Marketplace listing) | Decorating a child Sim’s bedroom with character-themed furniture and toys. |
What did the Bikini Bottom Bundle add?
During its advertised limited offer, the Bikini Bottom Bundle included both kits plus three exclusive digital items: the Goofy Goober Guitar, Conch Street Aquarium, and The Flying Dutchman’s Jungle Gym. EA said the bundle offer ended March 3, 2026. It should not be treated as a currently available deal; present-day availability and pricing depend on the relevant regional storefront.
How much did the kits and bundle cost at launch?
EA’s December 2, 2025 announcement listed each kit at $6.99 and the bundle at $9.99. Those are announcement-era prices, not confirmed current prices. Check the official EA Marketplace listing or your platform’s storefront for current regional pricing and availability. The current EA Marketplace page confirms that SpongeBob Kids Room Kit remains listed and requires The Sims 4; current regional price and console availability have not been established here.
