Did Stellar Blade and HELLDIVERS 2 debut during the sale?
No. The sale dates and the games’ Steam release dates are separate: Stellar Blade’s PC version arrived before the sale, while HELLDIVERS 2 had been on Steam since 2024.

Were both games available in over 100 countries?
The cited reporting does not establish that. On May 19, 2025, PC Gamer reported that Stellar Blade’s planned PC release faced restrictions in 130 countries. That figure describes the reported scope of restrictions before release; it is not a count of countries where the game later launched or could be purchased.
On June 13, PC Gamer reported that Sony had removed regional restrictions on several Steam games, including HELLDIVERS 2. This later report concerns a different change and does not provide an exact post-change country count for either title. Taken together, the reports do not support the claim that both games debuted in over 100 countries.
