The 2025 Solisium Startree Solstice was a limited-time holiday event added in THRONE AND LIBERTY Update 3.12.0. It brought an Amitoi snowball arena, Startree Coins, seasonal fishing and cooking rewards, and expedition bonuses. It is over; the official patch notes list the event as running December 11–31, 2025, while NCSOFT’s announcement says it was available through December 30.
What was the 2025 Startree Solstice event?
Startree Solstice was a seasonal in-game event for THRONE AND LIBERTY. Update 3.12.0 introduced its 2025 activities and rewards. NCSOFT’s announcement also described festive decorations in major hubs, check-in rewards, and holiday additions to fishing, cooking, and housing.

The event’s snowball activity was aimed at level 50+ characters, according to NCSOFT’s December 9, 2025 announcement. Players competed in teams to reach a target score and earn Startree Coins.
When did the event run?
The two official 2025 sources give different end dates. The Update 3.12.0 patch notes, dated December 10, 2025, list the event period as December 11–31. NCSOFT’s December 9 announcement says it was available through December 30. Both dates are historical: the 2025 event is no longer active.

What activities and rewards were included?
Amitoi Snowball Fight
The Amitoi Snowball Fight Arena was accessed through the Special Events menu. NCSOFT described a team competition in which players aimed to reach a target score. Winning a set number of times earned Startree Coins; additional coins could also come from Dimensional Circle and Dimensional Trial rewards.
The coins could be exchanged for event rewards such as the Giant Startree Hat, Festive Light Headband, and Heartarrow gesture, according to NCSOFT’s announcement.

Fishing, food and housing
Golden Paste Bait was part of the Update 3.12.0 event rewards. The patch notes say fish caught with it could be worth up to 10,000,000 Sollant each. NCSOFT also described Golden Fish caught using Golden Bait, festive dishes obtained through Amitoi Expedition and the Startree Solstice Food Selection Chest, and holiday housing décor from the Startree Solstice Gift Chest.
Expeditions and attendance
Update 3.12.0 listed expedition food chests scaled to the number of expedition hours, along with Helper Contract Scrolls as attendance rewards. NCSOFT’s announcement also listed check-in rewards that included food chests, Startree Coins, and Golden Bait.

Other seasonal touches
NCSOFT said major hubs received festive decorations and that interacting with Red Hat Boba while riding Gigantrete provided seasonal buffs.

Startree Solstice also ran in 2024, but its activities and currency were different. The official 2024 event page dates that edition from December 12, 2024, through January 9, 2025. Its focus included 6v6 limited-time PvP matches on Snowdrift Island, Startree Wreaths, Trees of Gratitude, Amitoi expedition bonuses, a reward shop, and a cosmetics Event Pass. The Update 1.11.0 notes also summarize the 2024 event.
