Studio Wildcard announced an Official Server run from February 11 through February 18, 2026. This retrospective guide covers its rates, creatures, items, cosmetics, and the activation instructions published for that event—not a currently active event or a forecast for a future one.
When did the 2026 Love Ascended event run?
Studio Wildcard’s Community Crunch 493, posted February 6, 2026, announced that Love Ascended would run on Official Servers from February 11 to February 18, 2026. The post described it as beginning Wednesday, February 11 and continuing through Wednesday, February 18.

The ARK Official Community Wiki event calendar lists February 12–19, 2026 instead. The two sources differ by one day; the reason for the discrepancy is not established. The dates in Studio Wildcard’s announcement are the official schedule cited here.
What were the 2026 event rates?
Studio Wildcard announced different event multipliers by Official Server type. These are historical Love Ascended settings, not current default rates or evidence of the rates for a later event.

The announcement named three event creatures: Lovebirds, Love Bugs, and Vday Coel. It also listed these event items:

Studio Wildcard specifically said Box o’ Chocolates reduces the remaining mating cooldown by 20%. The announcement does not provide a complete acquisition method for each item or creature, so no drop rate, spawn location, recipe, or prerequisite can be confirmed from it.

Studio Wildcard divided the cosmetics into new and returning content. Its post lists the following as new skins and decorative items:

The announced event color variants were Dino Light Blue, WyvernBlue0, PowderBlue, Glacial, DarkLavender, MediumLavender, Lavender, DarkViolet, Dino Light Purple, LightPink, Magenta, DeepPink, Red, DarkMagenta, Dino Albino, Cream, Jade, and LeafGreen.
The announcement identifies these as event content but does not establish a single acquisition method for all listed rewards. A listed reward should not be assumed to have come from a particular creature, item, activity, or purchase.

How did the 2026 announcement say to activate Love Ascended?
For single-player and non-dedicated play, Studio Wildcard directed players to install the Love Ascended mod (ID 927084) through the in-game mod tab, then activate it under Mod Settings. For private servers, it instructed administrators to add -mods=927084 to the server’s command-line launch arguments, and said no other changes should be necessary.
Those steps describe the instructions published for the 2026 event. They are not confirmation that the same menus or setup apply to a later game version; check the current game and server guidance before attempting to use them.
