The Fisch AFK Mine is on a small island northeast of Moosewood. The Fisch Wiki currently reports that you must first unlock a second island—any island besides Moosewood—to enter. Inside, the area can award passive XP and assorted items, but its listed rare drops are very uncommon and no available comparison establishes it as faster than active fishing.
Where is the AFK Mine in Fisch?
From Moosewood, look toward the northeast for a small island; the mine is entered there. The wiki does not give coordinates or an official map marker, so use the direction as a guide rather than expecting a precise waypoint. Its current entry describes the mine as an area associated with Moosewood. Fisch Wiki: AFK Mine
What do you need to unlock it?
The Fisch Wiki says the mine requires you to have unlocked a second island, meaning any island other than Moosewood. It attributes this requirement to update 1.26.3. This is fan-wiki information, not confirmed here by an official patch note; if you have reached another island and still cannot enter, check the live game for changed access rules.
What happens inside the mine?
The AFK Mine is a reward area rather than a mining activity that requires you to operate a pickaxe. The wiki describes an image of NPC Cole holding a pickaxe, while the activity itself awards items and, since update 1.28.0 according to the wiki, passive XP. Fisch Wiki: AFK Mine

What rewards can the mine give?
The wiki’s reward table includes in-game currency, titles, bait, crates, ingredients, and a “Nothing” outcome. The figures below are the page’s listed chances, not independently measured drop rates. Treat them as a snapshot that may change with game updates.
| Reward or outcome | Wiki-listed chance | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| Nothing | 20% | A listed outcome that yields no reward. |
| 5–150 C$ | 12.75% | The wiki lists this currency reward at the stated chance. |
| Timely Fisherman | 12.75% | A title. |
| Clock Lobster | 12.75% | A listed reward. |
| ⏳The Final Fishness⏳ | 0.05% | A very rare title. |
| 1000 Year Old Wood | 0.05% | An ingredient associated by wiki results with crafting recipes. |
| Timeless Threading | 0.05% | An ingredient associated by wiki results with crafting recipes. |
| Golden Worm | 0.05% | A listed bait reward. |
| Hourglass Lantern | 0.05% | A listed reward. |
These are selected entries from the wiki table, not a complete accounting of every possible reward. The table includes other reward categories, such as bait, crates, and ingredients; consult the current in-game display or wiki entry for the full list.

How do AFK Mine luck bonuses work?
The wiki reports several bonuses that can increase AFK Mine luck. These are stated as wiki-reported values, not independently verified rates:
- Free AFK Luck: +10% every 15 minutes, up to 50%.
- Friends: +10% per friend, up to 50%.
- Roblox Premium: +50% according to the wiki.
The same page reports a total cap of 150% with all bonuses and a 100% cap for free-to-play players. Premium is not described as necessary to use the mine. Because bonus rules can change, check the current game interface before relying on a particular total.

Is the AFK Mine useful for progression?
It can be relevant if you want passive XP or are seeking a particular listed reward, but the available figures do not establish how its XP rate compares with active fishing or other progression routes. Ingredient drops may also matter for crafting: wiki search results connect Timeless Threading, 1000-Year-Old Wood, Sand of Time, and Mythical Essence with the Rod of Time recipe. Another result associates 1000-Year-Old Wood with the Hourglass Boat. These recipe details come from unofficial wiki material and may change, so verify current requirements in the crafting interface before planning around them.
If you are targeting a rare item, weigh the low listed chances against the time you are willing to spend: the wiki lists several rewards at 0.05% each and also lists a 20% Nothing outcome. Those are reported probabilities, not a promise of what any individual run will produce.

What should you know about rejoining and AFK play?
The wiki says players in the same server rejoin about every 16 minutes and that previously earned rewards are not hidden by the rejoin. It does not spell out the conditions behind that behavior, and it does not establish that a session will remain active overnight or avoid idle detection. The available information also does not establish whether an auto-clicker is required. Do not rely on uninterrupted overnight operation or a particular anti-idle method based on this rejoin note.
