The “Travis Scott fish” in Fisch is the Shiny Napoleonfish—not a separate species. You can try to catch one at Sunstone Island, or take a regular Napoleonfish to the Appraiser in Moosewood and try for the Shiny mutation. Neither route guarantees a result.
What the Travis Scott fish is
Players use “Travis Scott fish” to refer to a Shiny Napoleonfish, a meme-styled variant. The target is the Shiny mutation on the Napoleonfish, rather than a fish with a separate species entry. [Roblox Den] [Beebom]
Route 1: Catch Napoleonfish at Sunstone Island
- Travel to Sunstone Island, northwest of Moosewood. Its listed coordinates are X -932, Y 131, Z -1109. [Fisch Wiki: Sunstone Island]
- Fish there while the listed Napoleonfish conditions are active: Day, Windy weather, and Summer. The wiki lists no preferred bait. These are conditions for the base fish; they do not guarantee the Shiny mutation. [Fisch Wiki: Sunstone Island]
- Keep fishing for a Shiny Napoleonfish. The cited references do not give a guaranteed cast count or a fixed time to catch one.
Route 2: Appraise an ordinary Napoleonfish
- Catch a regular Napoleonfish and go to the Appraiser in Moosewood. [Fisch Wiki: Appraiser]
- Check the fee displayed in-game before confirming. Current Fisch Wiki information says appraisal fees vary by rarity or mutation; older guides list 450 C$, which the current reference identifies as the former flat price. Do not assume that amount is the current fee. [Fisch Wiki: Appraiser] [Pro Game Guides]
- Appraise the fish for a chance at Shiny. The Fisch Wiki lists a 1% base Shiny appraisal chance and 4% during Shiny Surge. Those are chances, not guarantees or a promise of success after a set number of attempts. [Fisch Wiki: Shiny]
Which route should you use?
| Route | Where | What you need | Appraisal fee | Shiny Surge effect |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Direct fishing | Sunstone Island | Fish for Napoleonfish under its listed conditions | None for appraisal | The cited sources do not specify an effect on direct fishing. |
| Appraisal | Appraiser in Moosewood | An ordinary Napoleonfish | Varies; check the in-game display | Wiki lists a 4% Shiny appraisal chance during Shiny Surge, versus 1% base. |
Direct fishing avoids appraisal charges but depends on catching the mutated fish. Appraisal lets you use a Napoleonfish you already caught, but requires paying the current displayed fee for each attempt. The available references establish no expected time or guaranteed total cost for either route.
How current are these details?
The Fisch Wiki pages for Sunstone Island, Shiny, and the Appraiser were updated September 25, 2026. They are community-maintained references, not official developer documentation. If the live game differs, use the in-game fish index for Napoleonfish conditions and the fee shown by the Appraiser. [Sunstone Island] [Shiny] [Appraiser]
