Schedule I has seven permanent purchasable properties, plus the free RV used at the start. A 2026 Steam Community guide lists prices from $75 for the Motel Room to $250,000 for Hyland Manor, along with employee slots and loading bays. Those figures are community-reported and may change with game updates, so check your current build before planning a purchase.

Schedule I is an Early Access game developed and published by TVGS. Its Steam description includes expanding an operation through properties, businesses, and employees. The roster below comes from a Steam Community guide titled “All Properties in Schedule 1 (v0.4.5 2026 UPDATED),” updated May 6, 2026; it is not an official developer property table. Steam’s Schedule I listing

All Schedule I properties at a glance

The guide lists the RV as a temporary starting location and seven permanent properties. Prices and capacity figures are guide-reported; confirm them in your current game version.

How to buy the properties

Early cash purchases

The community guide says to buy the Motel Room from the motel owner and the Sweatshop from the Fat Dragon restaurant owner, paying directly in cash.

Properties bought through Ray’s Realty

For the Bungalow, Stash and Dash, Barn, Docks Warehouse, and Hyland Manor, the guide describes a different route: deposit cash at an ATM, then use the online balance to purchase through Ray’s Realty. Treat this as guide-reported guidance; check the current game for the exact unlocks, payment method, and availability.

Which property should you choose?

Pick according to the capacity and space you need, rather than assuming the most expensive property is automatically the best fit.

  • For an early step up: the guide recommends the Bungalow as a first substantial base. Its table lists one loading bay and five employee slots.
  • For adding workers and delivery capacity: the Barn is listed with two loading bays and ten employee slots, making it a larger scaling step in the guide’s progression.
  • For open floor space: the guide describes the Docks Warehouse as a large open-plan option. Its table lists two loading bays and twelve employee slots.
  • For the top-end listed capacity: Hyland Manor is listed at $250,000, with three loading bays and twelve employee slots. The guide calls it the largest listed property and a late-game choice.
  • For a compact setup: Stash and Dash is listed with one loading bay and three employee slots; the guide characterizes it as compact or specialized.

Loading bays and employee slots are useful comparison points, but the guide’s table does not establish every operational detail or how capacity interacts with a particular setup. Check the property and its current limits in game before committing.

Why property lists and numbers can differ

Property information may reflect different builds or guide accuracy. A Bendemeer article published April 2, 2025 lists the Motel Room, Sweatshop, Bungalow, Barn, and Docks Warehouse, omitting properties included in the later community guide. Its Docks Warehouse section reports a 10-employee limit, while the 2026 Steam guide’s comparison table says 12. The pages are from different dates, and the discrepancy may reflect game updates or an error; neither should be treated as an official, build-specific capacity record.

For the older account, see Bendemeer’s Schedule I properties guide. For the later roster, see the Steam Community guide.
