HoYoverse’s Version 4.7 drip marketing revealed three new playable characters: Clorinde, Sigewinne, and Sethos. The announcement said the update would arrive on June 5, 2024, making the reveal historical rather than an upcoming release notice.
Who were the new characters in Genshin Impact 4.7?
HoYoverse named Clorinde, Sigewinne, and Sethos as the update’s three new playable characters in its Version 4.7 announcement. The update was titled “An Everlasting Dream Intertwined.”
Clorinde
Clorinde was one of the three characters included in the initial reveal. A later official Phase I Event Wishes notice identified her as an event-exclusive five-star character.
Sigewinne
Sigewinne was also named in the initial announcement. Version 4.7’s official update details additionally listed her Story Quest, Nereides Chapter: Act I, “The Warmth of Lies.”

Those details came from the later notice, not the original character reveal.
