What were the GTA Online Carnival 2025 rewards?
Rockstar’s February 21, 2025 announcement described two Carnival clothing offers with different requirements. Its February 27 follow-up listed a Festival Bus discount and separate GTA+ benefits.

How did you get the Carnival Neck Gaiter?
The stated requirement was to uncork a bottle of champagne at any bar in GTA Online. Simply logging in or playing during the window was the condition Rockstar gave for the listed Carnival Feather clothing, not for the Neck Gaiter.
Can you still claim the Carnival 2025 clothes?
The cited offer windows are over: Rockstar said the festivities continued through March 3, 2025, and the play-to-receive clothing condition ran through that date. The announcements do not confirm that the items remain claimable or that they later returned. Buying a copy of Grand Theft Auto V now does not grant these expired limited-time rewards.
