The complete list runs from TM001 through TM229, with recipes using League Points (LP) and Pokémon materials.
How TMs and the TM Machine work
TMs are single-use items in Scarlet and Violet. After teaching a move with a TM, you can make another copy at a Pokémon Center’s TM Machine by spending LP and the listed Pokémon materials. The machine displays recipes you have unlocked and the materials they require. Some material names may appear as question marks until you have collected that material.

In general, obtaining a copy of a TM unlocks its recipe at the TM Machine. Some recipes can also unlock through Team Star story progression, including by defeating a Team Star boss; the table notes that route where applicable rather than treating every recipe as a field pickup.
LP can be earned through story progression and Tera Raids. Check the TM Machine for your current recipe status and costs.

Finding a TM or crafting its recipe
- Find a field TM or earn a story unlock. Check locations in the linked tables, noting whether an entry is in Paldea, Kitakami, or Blueberry Academy and whether it depends on Team Star progression.
- Visit a Pokémon Center. Use the TM Machine to view recipes you have unlocked.
- Collect the required items. The recipe lists its LP cost and Pokémon materials. If a material is displayed as a question mark, collect it to reveal its name.
- Craft another copy. Select the TM once you have the required LP and materials. Because TMs are single-use, craft additional copies when you need to teach the same move again.
Does the list include both DLC expansions?
Yes. It covers the base-game TMs and the expansions’ numbered additions: TM172–TM201 from The Teal Mask and TM202–TM229 from The Indigo Disk. DLC entries are associated with Kitakami and Blueberry Academy respectively.
