You can’t newly enter Heartopia’s Winter Frost Season event as of October 8, 2026: it ended in March 2026. This archived guide covers the opening quest chain, preparation tasks, and named quests documented by community guides. Those sources do not establish a complete list of every seasonal quest, so check the in-game event notice if the content returns.
How do I unlock the Winter Frost Season event?
The event listing and the opening quest walkthrough give different level requirements. Heartopia.live’s event archive lists D.G. Member Level 6 or above as an event requirement. TheGameSlayer says Atara’s opening call required completing the main quest “The Answer Lies Within” and reaching D.G. Level 7. Treat these as separate requirements rather than assuming one replaces the other.
- Complete “The Answer Lies Within” and reach D.G. Level 7 to meet the opening-call prerequisites reported by TheGameSlayer.
- Go to Town Hall and search for the papers.
- Speak to Bailey J, then Annie.
- Follow Annie’s direction to the daily preparation tasks.
Heartopia.live and Heartopia.life differ slightly on the closing date: the archive gives January 31–March 13, 2026, while Heartopia.life describes a preparation phase starting January 24, a January 31 launch, and an end time of March 14 at 5:00 a.m. For the original server’s exact schedule, the in-game event notice is the appropriate authority.
How did Winter Prep tasks work?
TheGameSlayer reports that one preparation task became available each day. Open the watch and choose Winter Prep to see the task for that day. The walkthrough’s example is a request from Vanya to catch three fish; it does not provide a reliable complete day-by-day task list.

How do I complete Resident Feedback Collection?
- Collect nine stamps on the penguin letter from other players or eligible NPCs.
- Look for NPCs marked with orange clipboard icons. According to TheGameSlayer’s walkthrough, some may first ask you to provide an item.
- Take the completed letter to Eric in Onsen.
How do I complete the documented named quests?
The steps below cover named quests with actions described in the reviewed community material. The Heartopia Wiki quest table leaves many rows blank, so this is not a verified inventory of every seasonal quest.
Aurora Banquet — Massimo
The Heartopia Wiki lists making Iced Coffee and an Original Frosted Pancake as the quest actions. It lists Steak with Mashed Radish, Creamy White Radish Soup, and Aurora Banquet recipes as rewards. Heartopia.life describes a Penguin Stove and two basic recipes as rewards, and says the stove is needed for winter-exclusive recipes. Because the community sources differ on reward details, check the quest and reward labels in the game UI rather than treating either reward list as definitive.

Heartopia.life reports that concerts ran daily at 7 p.m. server time during the opening and final weeks, and on weekends during the middle weeks. That was the historical event schedule, not a current concert time.
Onsen Egg Promise — Naughty
TheTheHeartopia.com walkthrough describes a 16-day daily egg hunt. For each clue, speak to Naughty, locate the egg, photograph it, and check the quest log for progress. The guide’s exact directions are for Day 1 only; do not reuse that location for other days. Its Day 1 reward details are secondary-source claims and are not independently established here.

Major Discovery — the penguin introduction
A community guide describes this as a Week 4 chain: speak to Naughty, find a Strange Bird Feather on Onsen Mountain near the Old Sea, take it to Bailey J, then speak with Annie on the shoreline. Next, talk to Harry and return to Annie, who leads you to the penguin feeding trough. The detailed sequence comes from a community guide and was not corroborated by an official source, so treat its version-specific steps as provisional.

Weekly challenges were a separate layer from the daily Winter Prep tasks. GuíasPSN says to open the snowman icon and inspect the challenge, activity, and rewards tabs. Its Week 1 examples include making five baits, catching ten insects, scanning ten birds for information cards, completing a puzzle, obtaining three rare timber, buying items from Massimo and Blanc, feeding a cat or dog, using an action, and popping ten bubbles. These are Week 1 examples, not a checklist for every week.
