Released: Dune: Awakening
A survival MMO, not a conventional MMORPG
Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe reported that Dune: Awakening was out on console on September 22, 2026. Its official page offers a PS5 platform option and describes play alone, with friends on a shared private server, or alongside hundreds of players on a public server. It says the full game content is available in those modes.
The game’s focus is survival on Arrakis: building a stronghold, crafting, and using vehicles including ornithopters. That makes it a fit for players looking for a persistent online survival experience, but not necessarily for someone expecting the class-and-quest structure commonly associated with a traditional MMORPG.

What the December 2025 date means
Steam’s listing gives Ashes of Creation a release date and Early Access date of December 11, 2025. The same listing identifies it as an Early Access game. Its developer-provided disclosure says the game is in Alpha Two, that Beta One and Beta Two are expected before full launch, and that there is no specific end date for Early Access.

That date is therefore not evidence of a finished, full release. The developer warns that content may be incomplete, builds may be unstable, balance may change, and realm wipes are possible. Players considering it should treat the current version as an evolving test-stage experience rather than assume progress or systems are settled.
