Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 launched on July 11, 2025, and Digital Deluxe early access was scheduled to begin three days earlier, on July 8, 2025. Both dates have passed. The official announcements do not publish a single unlock hour or a city-by-city conversion table, so no reliable local clock time exists to quote for every region.
The official dates
The standard edition’s release date was July 11, 2025. Activision’s game page lists that date along with the supported platforms, and Xbox Wire announced the same launch date in its release coverage.
Digital Deluxe owners were given early access three days before launch, on July 8, 2025. The official launch ramp-up notice on the game’s site describes that window and warns that actual play time could be affected by server outages and time-zone differences. Nintendo’s announcement describes the same three-day early window and carries a similar caveat.

Why there is no single local unlock time
A date-only announcement is the norm for a multi-platform release. The official pages state the day of launch and the early-access window in days, not a specific hour in UTC or in any region’s clock. Because the publisher itself warned that early play could vary, you should not assume that every platform, region, or account unlocked at midnight, or that all players gained access at the same moment.

That means any site offering a precise local release hour for this game is filling a gap the official material does not fill. If a storefront or platform shows an hour for your account, that is the most reliable figure you can use.
How to check the unlock time for your account
- Open the game’s page in the store for your platform (PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store or Xbox Store, Nintendo eShop, Steam, or Battle.net) and check the release information shown there.
- If the store displays only a date, treat it as the day the release became available in that region rather than a precise hour.
- Note your device’s local time zone setting, then compare it against any hour the store or an official platform post shows.
- If your early-access purchase is still not playable after the scheduled window, check the platform’s service status page for outages before contacting support, since the publisher’s own notice flags outages as a cause of delay.

Game Pass availability
Xbox stated in 2025 that the standard edition would be available on launch day to Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers. That was a launch-era announcement. Subscription catalogs change, so confirm the current listing in the Game Pass app or on the Xbox Game Pass website before relying on it.
