What are the two final outcomes?
The Epilog presents a choice between PLAY and DELETE. Each option leads to a different outcome and is tied to a separate achievement on the Epic Games Store:

Can you see both without replaying the whole game?
According to the Neoseeker walkthrough and a Steam Community achievement guide, the Epilog becomes available to replay from chapter selection after the credits. Replay it and choose the option you did not select the first time to earn the other achievement. These are guide-reported instructions, rather than an official developer explanation. Does the game have only two endings?
Two final Epilog alternatives are documented by the achievement list and walkthroughs. Those sources do not establish a formal count of every joke outcome, temporary failure, or alternate scene elsewhere in the game, so “two endings” is most accurate when qualified as two outcomes to the final choice.
