- Confirm the game edition. Choose files and instructions specifically for Skyrim VR where available. Do not assume a Skyrim Special Edition or Anniversary Edition requirement also applies to VR.
- Check SKSEVR and dependencies. Compare the mod’s current requirements with the SKSEVR version installed. Behavioral mods may require SKSE VR.
- Read the live mod page. Verify current files, dependencies, compatibility notes, and installation instructions before adding a mod.
