Yes—Ready or Not can be played in VR through the community-made VRO mod, which is available on Nexus Mods and was last updated there on June 15, 2026. It is not a standalone official VR edition: the listing credits modders KITT and Mike VRO, and players need the base game. VOID Interactive publicly acknowledged the project in 2025, but that acknowledgement does not make it a VOID-developed or officially supported product.
Is the Ready or Not VR mod released?
Yes. The “coming soon” wording dates to the project’s announcement period. Nexus Mods records the mod’s original upload on November 14, 2025, and its latest update on June 15, 2026. The Nexus Mods project listing is the place to check its current files and instructions.
The mod is credited to KITT and Mike VRO and is described as a way to play Ready or Not in VR. You need the base game; this is a modification, not a separate VR release.
What did VOID Interactive’s “blessing” mean?
VOID Interactive acknowledged the community project publicly in August 2025 and pointed readers toward its creators’ Discord. PC Guide reproduced the studio’s post, describing the work as a mod by community members KITT and VR Oasis. That is evidence of public acknowledgement—not evidence that VOID made the mod, guarantees it will work, or provides ongoing official support. See PC Guide’s announcement coverage for the reproduced post.

What should you check before installing?
Compatibility can change with mod, game, and runtime updates. The available project information does not establish a complete current matrix of headset models, runtimes, PC specifications, or game builds, so do not assume your particular setup is supported based on a general claim that the mod is available.
- Open the current Nexus Mods listing and read the description and installation instructions for the latest file.
- Confirm that your Ready or Not game build is supported, especially if you have installed the Boiling Point DLC or a subsequent update.
- Check the listing and the creators’ support channel for your headset and PC VR runtime before downloading or buying hardware. The announcement-era report’s reference to a high-end PC is not a current minimum-spec sheet.
- Follow the mod authors’ installation steps and troubleshooting guidance. If your setup is not listed or a game update has just arrived, ask in the creators’ Discord rather than relying on an older guide.
VOID’s news index shows that the studio continued publishing game updates in 2026; it does not establish VRO compatibility with each update. For current mod-specific support, rely on the project listing and creators, not the studio’s acknowledgement.
