Can you use an encounter-by-encounter loot table?
Not reliably from the available published information here. Bungie’s 2026 reward announcement does not give Vault of Glass’s current encounter assignments, and the cited current third-party list does not substantiate which specific weapon or armor piece drops from each encounter. Don’t treat an older table as a verified current one; inspect the in-game reward screen or current Director challenge information for the activity.

Bungie’s 2021 Master-mode guidance said the weekly Master challenge awarded that week’s Timelost weapon, and that players who had earned it could buy additional rolls from the raid’s end chest with Spoils of Conquest. The same article said: “Weekly reward lockouts are shared between both Normal and Master difficulties of Vault of Glass.” That statement describes the 2021 rules, not a complete guide to the current featured-raid system. Bungie’s 2021 Vault of Glass Master guidance is useful historical context; consult the current in-game rewards for present eligibility and lockouts.

- Check the Director. Confirm whether Vault of Glass is featured this week and review the listed challenges and rewards.
- Choose a target. Use the weapon roster above as a starting point, then verify the weapon’s current perk options in game rather than relying on an older “best roll” recommendation.
- Confirm the source before the run. Check the current encounter reward display for the specific item you want; the full current encounter table is not established by the cited public sources.
- Review the reward screen and lockouts. Featured status, hidden chests, and challenge rewards can follow weekly rules. Do not assume the 2021 Normal/Master shared-lockout statement covers every 2026 reward path.
