How to redeem a WWE 2K25 locker code
- Open MyFACTION from the game’s main menu.
- On the Home tab, select Locker Codes.
- Enter the code, including its hyphens, and submit it.
These steps come from the WWE 2K Support instructions, published February 27, 2025. The instructions do not state whether codes are case-sensitive.

What to check if a locker code does not work
- Hyphens: Make sure you included them as shown in the code.
- Current validity: Check for a dated official announcement or in-game confirmation. No current October code or expiration date is verified here.
- Redemption path: Confirm that you are entering the code in MyFACTION under Home → Locker Codes.
The available official instructions do not identify other specific rejection messages or troubleshooting steps.
Does redeeming a code require VC?
The published redemption steps do not say that paid VC is required. WWE 2K Support says WWE 2K25 VC can be used in MyFACTION and The Island, cannot be transferred from an earlier WWE 2K game, and cannot be shared across platform families such as PC and PlayStation.
