What 14-year streak is WWE 2K25 breaking?
The phrase refers to Brock Lesnar’s reported appearances across consecutive annual mainline WWE games. A February 21, 2025 report says his run began with WWE ’12 in 2011 and continued through WWE 2K24, with WWE 2K25 marking the first omission in that sequence. Is Brock Lesnar in WWE 2K25?
According to that February 2025 report, no: Lesnar was omitted from WWE 2K25. The available evidence here is secondary reporting rather than an official 2K roster confirmation, so it is most accurate to describe his absence as reported, not independently confirmed by the publisher.
Why was Lesnar reportedly left out?
The February report connects the omission with legal allegations and WWE’s distancing from Lesnar. It does not establish that explanation through a statement from WWE or 2K. No official explanation for the roster decision is confirmed by the sources cited here, so the connection should be treated as the report’s context, not a verified cause.

How to check WWE 2K25 editions and platforms
2K’s official purchase page lists the game’s editions and platform storefronts. It states that all editions were available to buy and play starting March 14, 2025, and identifies the Deadman and Bloodline editions as digital-only. Check the listing for your platform and verify the format and edition with a retailer before buying a physical copy; the official page does not establish that every edition is available physically. Do not confuse this with a separate 14-year cover story
