If War Robots: Frontiers has high ping on PC, check whether the in-game server selection changes during your session, then send MY.GAMES support your in-game name, server, region, and diagnostic archive. The publisher has reported connection and latency fixes, but the available notices do not confirm that every player’s current lag is resolved.
Check whether your selected server is changing
When actions arrive late but the game otherwise appears to run smoothly, note the server and region shown in-game. MY.GAMES’ community manager specifically advised players reporting high ping to check whether their selected server changes—for example, from EU to US Central—and to report that detail to support. This is a useful clue, not a guaranteed fix.
A Steam discussion titled “High ping” included one player’s report of ping above 500 on EU servers on April 29, 2025. That is an individual report from that date, not a measurement of typical or current ping for PC players. The discussion also contains a developer-marked response from MY.GAMES community manager Melissa with a support recommendation: Steam discussion and response.
Send MY.GAMES support the details it needs
For persistent problems, contact MY.GAMES support with a clear description and the relevant connection details. Its guidance says: “If you encounter a technical issue with the game, please contact us with a detailed description, and our specialists will do their best to assist you.” Follow the official diagnostic-data instructions to collect the archive for your platform.

Collect diagnostics in the MY.GAMES Launcher
- Open the MY.GAMES Launcher.
- Select the arrow beside Play.
- Choose Collect diagnostic data and wait for the archive to be created.
Collect diagnostics through Steam
Use the utility described in the support article. The resulting archive is described as appearing in SteamsteamappscommonWRFrontiersMGLauncher, with a filename in the format logs_date_time.tar.gz.
Include these details in your ticket
- Your in-game name
- The server you are playing on, including whether it changes during the session
- Your region
- The diagnostic archive
- A concise description of when the high ping occurs and what you observed
The cited support instructions say console players do not need to attach these additional diagnostic files; the steps above concern the PC launchers.

Separate network lag from PC performance
High displayed ping or delayed actions with otherwise normal frame rate points to a connection symptom worth reporting with server and region details. If the game instead stutters or runs at a low frame rate, compare your PC with the store’s listed requirements. Meeting them is a compatibility check, not proof that multiplayer networking will be smooth.

These are the figures on the Steam store listing; they do not establish that upgrading a GPU or CPU will reduce network ping. The available guidance also does not name a router, Ethernet cable, VPN, or other purchase as a proven remedy for this title-specific issue.

MY.GAMES’ March 5, 2025 maintenance notice listed work to improve server selection, player connection stability, and matchmaking logic. A June 27, 2025 community maintenance post reported that various latency issues on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC had been fixed. These notices show that the publisher addressed connection and latency problems; they do not verify that every cause of high ping on PC has been eliminated.

One player in the April 2025 Steam discussion said their connection problem appeared resolved after an update. That individual outcome is not confirmation of a universal fix. The available evidence does not establish the current server-side cause for an individual player, whether a later update resolved a broader incident, or whether all PC players are now unaffected. There is no cited current server telemetry, outage dashboard, or controlled PC test that settles those questions.
