The monthly amount alone can make a purchase look cheaper than it is; compare the total payable and the value of the included games, storage and services. Check affordability, eligibility and leaving early
Before applying, work out whether the upfront payment and every monthly instalment fit your budget for the whole term. Then check the agreement’s total payable, what the payments cover, whether any services are linked, and what happens if you want to leave early.
- Finance eligibility: EE says finance is available for terms from 3 to 48 months, at 0% to 19.9% APR, subject to status and order value. Its representative example—a £500 order with £50 today and 12 monthly payments of £37.50 at 0% APR—is a general example, not the Switch 2 offer. [c003]
- Add to Plan eligibility: EE’s console page says qualifying monthly customers can use Add to Plan after one month with a device plan or six months with a SIM-only plan, subject to a credit check. Confirm the terms for the specific purchase. [c004]
- Early exit: EE says leaving the network early means paying the remaining accessory balance, as well as any standard-contract early termination charges. That accessory-specific wording should not be assumed to describe the console finance agreement; check your own agreement for the applicable obligations. [c004]
Decide whether the bundle suits you
The bundle may make sense if you want the listed game, card and subscriptions, and their value to you justifies the higher total compared with buying a console alone. If you mainly want the hardware, compare the standalone option and the full cost of any extras you would actually buy. In either case, use the exact current terms—not just the headline upfront or monthly payment—to decide.

Other announced Nintendo bundles
Nintendo UK announced on 16 September 2026 that a Switch 2 + Nintendo Switch Sports Resort bundle would be available from 22 October 2026, followed by a Switch 2 + Mario Kart World bundle from 29 October 2026. Each announcement specifies a game download and a three-month individual Nintendo Switch Online code, but gives no price. Check Nintendo’s announcement and retailer listings when the bundles launch for current prices and stock. [c005]
