To complete Water Tower of Terror in Disney Dreamlight Valley, gather five materials for the tower blueprint, help Scrooge McDuck open his Wishblossom Mountains store, then speak with him to receive the Brand-New Caravan Wheel. The quest follows the Wheel Big Trouble storyline and begins after you speak with Goofy.
How to start Water Tower of Terror
During the Wheel Big Trouble storyline, speak with Goofy to begin the quest. Scrooge McDuck needs the local water tower repaired before he will open his store. Talk to Scrooge, follow him to the tower, and speak with him there to get the materials list.
Materials needed for the water tower

Gallop through Dead Wishblossoms to collect Pixie Dust. You need five.

Pick up five pieces of Reclaimed Barn Wood in the Wishing Alps.

Silver Ore and Pebbles
Mine until you have five Silver Ore, and dig until you have five Pebbles.
Old Braided Rope
Fish outside the visible fishing ripples to obtain three Old Braided Rope. The quest’s fishing instruction is specifically for open water, so do not limit your attempts to ripple spots.

Repair the tower and finish the quest
- Collect all five material types and their required quantities.
- Interact with the sign beside the water tower and contribute the materials to complete its blueprint.
- Return to Scrooge and speak with him.
- Use the sign by Scrooge’s store to start its grand opening, then talk to Scrooge again.
Completing the final conversation awards the Brand-New Caravan Wheel. Scrooge’s store also becomes available in the Wishblossom Mountains.
