Use the notes at the Tanaris summoning scroll
Travel to the Cryptic Scroll of Summoning in Tanaris, around coordinates 58,36, and use Deciphered Warlock Notes while standing on the scroll. This summons an Enraged Voidwalker. The original route is associated with the Priest Pain and Suffering rune and the Shaman Mental Dexterity rune as well as the Warlock discovery, according to the rune guide and class-rune guide.
Do you still need to farm it for a rune?
Not necessarily. A guide for Phase 6, which references patch 1.15.8, reports that Rune Brokers in starting zones and major cities sell all class runes and skill books for 1 copper. This is guide-reported current-game information rather than a first-party Blizzard announcement; check the in-game vendor and current patch details if the option is unavailable. The same guide cautions that learning a related ability from a Rune Broker may interfere with some discoveries or rune-related quests, without specifying every affected interaction.
