If you mean the four rare spawns listed for Guns, Love, and Tentacles, Borderlands 3’s second campaign add-on, they are Amach, Fungal Gorger, Shiverous the Unscathed, and Voltborn. They appear across three DLC maps. This is not the full rare-spawn roster for the base game, which is a separate, broader list.
The four rare spawns and where to find them

How to retry if one is missing
PowerPyx says these enemies are not missable and can be sought in free roam after completing the story. If a target does not appear, the guide recommends quitting to the main menu and reloading before checking again. Its notes about how many reloads different enemies took are anecdotal observations, not a dependable count or a promise about current spawn odds.
Why other lists name more rare spawns
The phrase “rare spawns in Borderlands 3” can refer to different lists. The four above are the set for Guns, Love, and Tentacles; a separate guide covers the original game’s Rare Spawn Hunt roster. That hunt ran October 8–15, 2019, and its guaranteed appearances and increased chances for unique Legendary loot applied to the limited-time event, not to a current event schedule. Rare-spawn behavior was later changed permanently, according to the official Borderlands update notes. The official notes state: “Once the Farming Frenzy event is over, we are implementing a permanent change to the Rare Spawns and Drop Rates,” and say rare-spawn rates and drop and anointed chances were raised. The notes do not establish a numeric current rate, so no specific probability or loot guarantee should be assumed. Official Borderlands update notes.
