What evoker fangs are
An evoker is a hostile mob that casts spells. Evoker fangs are the entity that appears when the evoker uses its fang attack. Because they are entities rather than inventory items, there is nothing to collect from them, and they cannot be used as a tool or crafting ingredient.

The fang attack has two forms, and the one you face depends on how far away you are from the evoker when it casts:

- Close range: the fangs appear in two concentric circles around the target’s area.
The fangs do not chase the player. Their landing positions are fixed when they spawn, so stepping out of the area they are about to hit is the main way to avoid them. Moving sideways or backwards out of a line, or out of the rings, is usually more reliable than trying to outrun them, because they are not tracking you.
Identifiers and version history
The entity has different internal names depending on the edition of the game. These matter if you use commands or data packs, and they are the most useful details to check against your own version.

For Java Edition, the summon command form is /summon minecraft:evoker_fangs ~ ~ ~. Check the command syntax for your version before using it in a world or server, because command formats change between releases.
What the references do not establish
The wiki references consulted describe the attack patterns, identifiers and introduction version, but they do not give verified damage or timing figures for the fangs in a specific edition and version.
