Tim the Alien is the strongest answer. The Blooket Wiki reports that this Mystical was awarded to the two players who tied for first in the Pokémon Are Cool event. That two-recipient count is community-reported, not an official Blooket statistic.
Why Tim the Alien is considered the rarest
The Blooket Wiki’s Mysticals page identifies Tim the Alien as the rarest Mystical and says it went to the two players tied for first in the Pokémon Are Cool event. Blooket’s official documentation confirms that Mystical is a rarity tier, but does not verify Tim’s recipient count or rank it as the rarest Blook.
This distinction matters: Tim’s reported rarity comes from a limited event distribution, not from published pack-opening odds. Blooket explains that a Blook’s rarity can reflect its drop rate or a special designation, so event-awarded Blooks and pack drops are not directly comparable.
What “hidden Blook” means
In its Blooks Page Overview, Blooket lists Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Chroma, Unique, and Mystical as rarity levels. The community-maintained Hidden Blooks page describes “Hidden Blooks” as a section at the bottom of the Blooks page, containing mainly hard-to-obtain Blooks such as Chromas, Uniques, and Mysticals. In other words, “hidden” refers to a collection section in that community description, not an extra rarity tier in Blooket’s official list.

Can you still get Tim the Alien?
The community record describes Tim the Alien as an event award. The sources available do not establish a current way to obtain it, so there is no basis to say that it can be earned now or found in a Market pack. Blooket’s general Blooks information discusses packs, but does not document a current acquisition route for Tim.

Blooket says, “Your Blook Score reflects the diversity and rarity of your Blook collection.” Its official explanation also notes that Blooks with the same rarity can have different values. A high Blook Score therefore does not, by itself, establish that a particular Blook is the rarest.
