There is no verified official answer: Supercell does not publish current ownership figures that would identify the rarest goblin emote in Clash Royale. The Dart Goblin Emote and Goblin Thumbs Up Emote were both announced as season-exclusive rewards, and a Goblin Queen’s Journey update offered an exclusive emote at 3,400 trophies. Those release conditions do not establish which emote is owned by the fewest players today.
What Supercell’s announcements establish
| Emote or reward | Documented release condition | What that tells us about rarity today |
|---|---|---|
| Dart Goblin Emote | Supercell’s November 4, 2019 Season 5 announcement called it exclusive and said it could only be earned during Season 5. Supercell’s Season 5 announcement | It had a limited original earning window; no current ownership count or ranking is provided. |
| Goblin Thumbs Up Emote | Supercell’s September 7, 2020 Season 15 announcement listed it among exclusive cosmetics that could only be earned during Season 15. Supercell’s Season 15 announcement | It had a separate limited original earning window; no current ownership count or ranking is provided. |
| Goblin Queen’s Journey reward | A June 17, 2024 update said an exclusive emote awaited players at 3,400 trophies. The cited announcement excerpt does not give the reward a specific emote name. Supercell’s June 17 update | The announcement confirms a trophy-gated exclusive emote, but does not identify it specifically as a goblin emote or establish its current ownership. |
Why “exclusive” does not mean “rarest”
“Exclusive” describes how an item could be earned at the time it was released. It does not say how many players unlocked it, how many still have access to the account that earned it, or how its ownership compares with other emotes. Supercell’s reviewed official pages do not publish a current ownership ranking for goblin emotes, so they cannot support a definitive winner.
Claims that one goblin emote is objectively the rarest should be treated as unverified unless they provide comparable, current ownership data. The official announcements document release periods and conditions, not player counts or probabilities.
Can you still get the Dart Goblin or Goblin Thumbs Up emote?
Supercell’s announcements say these emotes could only be earned in Season 5 and Season 15, respectively. The cited material does not confirm whether either has since returned through another offer, so it cannot establish current availability. Supercell Support lists several ways emotes may be acquired, including Shop offers and Daily Deals, Trophy Road, special events and challenges, Pass Royale, and Supercell ID; availability can depend on the particular emote and offer. If you do not own an emote, Supercell says you can add it to your Wish List. The game can notify you when it becomes available in a Shop rotation. That feature is not a promise that a specific emote will return.

- Open Supercell’s emote support page for its current guidance on acquisition routes and the Wish List.
- Check the in-game Shop and any relevant event or pass offers for the specific emote. Supercell notes that offers and availability can vary by emote.
- If the emote is unowned, add it to your Wish List where available and wait for an in-game notification if it appears in the Shop rotation.
Supercell also says connecting an account to Supercell ID grants the hidden Legendary Chicken Emote. That is an acquisition route for a different emote, not evidence about which goblin emote is rarest.
