A third-party location guide groups the shops by stat and gives two route starting points for each group, so the practical approach is to choose the stat first, then head for the nearest listed landmark.
Vendor routes by stat
The guide sorts its directions by the stat a Mint boosts. Each group lists two route starting points, which are Wild Zone numbers or named cafés on the Lumiose map.

|---|---|---|
| Attack | Wild Zone 4; or Café Pokémon-Amie on the left side of the Wild Zone 3 map | ₽20,000 per Mint (listed by a third-party guide; no game version stated) |
| Defense | Café Pokémon-Amie near Wild Zone 3; or Café Rouleau next to Wild Zone 9 | ₽20,000 per Mint (listed by a third-party guide; no game version stated) |
| Special Attack | Wild Zone 4; or Café Pokémon-Amie near Wild Zone 3 | ₽20,000 per Mint (listed by a third-party guide; no game version stated) |
| Special Defense | Café Pokémon-Amie near Wild Zone 3; or Café Rouleau next to Wild Zone 9 | ₽20,000 per Mint (listed by a third-party guide; no game version stated) |
| Speed | Café Gallant on the left side of the Wild Zone 20 map; or Wild Zone 11 | ₽20,000 per Mint (listed by a third-party guide; no game version stated) |
Defense and Special Defense share the same two starting points, as do Attack and Special Attack in part, so the stat you choose determines the Mint, not the route.
Choose the Mint by its trade-off
A Mint raises one stat and lowers another, so the name you buy matters as much as the vendor. The guide’s examples show the pattern:
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:

- Your journey will take you to all manner of sights in the streets arrayed around Prism Tower, including shops, restaurants, and places called wild zones—where Pokémon roam free.
- As you catch, train, and battle Pokémon, there will be plenty of people to meet too—like AZ, the enigmatic owner of Hotel Z.
- Adamant raises Attack and lowers Special Attack.
- Modest raises Special Attack and lowers Attack.
- Timid raises Speed and lowers Attack.
- Serious is listed as having no stat change.
Decide which stat you want to strengthen and which one you can afford to lose, then use the table above to find the vendor for the stat you are raising. The guide’s excerpt does not reproduce every Mint’s effects, so check the Mint’s summary in the game before buying if you are working with one not listed here.
Finding the vendor on the map
The guide gives landmarks rather than street addresses and relies on route images for exact navigation. Use the following sequence:
Rank #2
- Venture into Hyperspace Lumiose in this additional story content that can be accessed after completing the main game
- Work with the mysterious baker, Ansha, to make donuts that awaken the Mythical Pokémon Hoopa’s power and grant you and your Pokémon a variety of useful effects
- Join Team MZ and the Mega Evolution Successor, Korrina, to investigate Hyperspace Lumiose, the otherworldly home to rare and hyper-strong Pokémon
- Discover new Mega Evolutions such as Mega Raichu X, Mega Raichu Y, Mega Chimecho and Mega Baxcalibur
- Claim Holo-X and Holo-Y in-game apparel items, which you can wear as soon as you are able to customize your character’s look and outfit in the main game
- Pick the stat group you need from the table.
- Open the Lumiose map and locate the first landmark, either the numbered Wild Zone or the named café.
- If the first landmark is far from where you are, use the second starting point listed for that group.
- Once you reach the area, look for the vendor and confirm the Mint’s name and stat effects before purchasing.
Why players buy Mints before battles
Nintendo’s official Pokémon Legends: Z-A page describes the day-and-night structure that makes stat tuning relevant. It states: “Prepare yourself by spending the day in wild zones, catching and training Pokémon, then venture into the battle zone and take on other Trainers.” The Z-A Royale is therefore a nighttime competition that follows daytime preparation in Wild Zones. Nintendo’s U.S. product page lists October 16, 2025 as the game’s release date, with Nintendo as publisher and GAME FREAK inc. as developer.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What is not established
- A complete vendor-by-vendor list of every Mint sold. The guide names route starting points, not every stall’s full inventory.
- Whether any vendor’s stock depends on story progress.
- Whether the ₽20,000 price differs between game versions or updates. The guide does not state a version.
- Stock and travel time at each individual stall.
Treat the table as a guide to the vendor areas for each stat, and confirm the exact stall and stock in the game before you travel for a specific Mint.
