Then check the balance and Roblox transaction history. If the purchase still isn’t reflected, verify the receipt through the store or payment service you used and follow the troubleshooting steps for your device. Contact Roblox Support if the issue remains unresolved.
Check the account and Robux balance
Robux are tied to the Roblox account where they were purchased. Confirm the username of the account you’re currently using, especially if you switch between accounts on different devices.
- Mobile app: Tap the Robux icon and check the balance at the top.
- Roblox website: Look for the Robux balance in the upper-right corner.
- Xbox app: Open the Robux menu and select “My Balance.”

Check Roblox transaction history in a browser
Roblox transaction history can help distinguish a completed Robux purchase from other account activity. In a browser, click the Robux icon, select the Robux amount, then open My Transactions. Choose Currency Purchases to review Robux purchase history.

Other available filters include Summary, Premium Stipends, Purchases, Sales of Goods, Creator Rewards, and Group Payouts. A payment-service receipt and Roblox’s transaction history are separate records: use the receipt to confirm the payment-side details, and My Transactions to check account activity. Troubleshoot based on where you bought the Robux
Mobile app
Roblox’s general mobile troubleshooting is to log out, force close the app, reopen it, and log back in to the account that made the purchase. For Android purchases, also follow the Google Play-specific step below if you have a valid receipt.

Android purchase through Google Play
Roblox’s Android instructions say to verify that you’re on the correct account and have a valid Google Play receipt. If both are true, tap the product to open its purchase confirmation screen, then tap outside the box to cancel without completing another purchase. Roblox says the product should then be applied. Do not confirm or complete a second purchase. See Android App: Technical and Purchasing Issues.
Xbox One
Close and reopen the Roblox app, then check the balance again. Roblox’s Xbox troubleshooting says not to log out of the app for this step.

Website purchase
If you purchased through the Roblox website using a credit card, PayPal, or a gift card and the product is still missing, use Roblox’s guidance for a product missing after purchase.
If Roblox is down or undergoing maintenance
For purchases affected by a service issue or maintenance, Roblox says most completed purchases are applied within the hour and at most within 24 hours. This is Roblox’s guidance for service disruptions, not a general processing-time guarantee for every delayed purchase. The relevant Roblox page is What happens when Roblox is down?

Verify the payment receipt
Check the purchase history or receipt for the store or payment method used. Roblox lists receipt-history instructions for Amazon, Apple/iTunes, Google Play, Microsoft, Xbox, Xsolla, and Samsung in How to find your purchase receipts.
A receipt can help establish whether the payment service recorded the order. For a support request, Roblox says a receipt sent to Support should show the order number, billing address, Roblox product, and purchase amount.

Xsolla verification charges are not proof of a completed Robux purchase
Roblox’s Xsolla guidance describes a card-verification process that may create a small verification transaction. It says an unverified purchase attempt is refused, and that the verification amount is credited back within 1–10 working days whether or not the purchase is completed. It also says pending verification charges should reverse within 1–10 business days. Those timings apply to Xsolla verification as described by Roblox, not to all payment methods. A pending verification charge by itself does not show that the Robux purchase completed. See Xsolla verification charges (micro-transactions).
Contact Roblox Support if the Robux still have not appeared
If the correct account, balance, transaction history, platform steps, and receipt do not resolve the issue, contact Roblox Support using Contact Us. Include details that let Support identify both the account and purchase:

- Your Roblox username and the device you used.
- The purchase date and Roblox product.
- The payment type, amount, and any error message.
- The receipt showing the order number, billing address, product, and purchase amount.
