The Horde heirloom vendor is Estelle Gendry. In Orgrimmar she is reported on top of the main gate battlements, at approximately 57.09, 89.94. If you searched “Where is the Horde heirloom vendor?” or “Can’t find the heirloom vendor, Horde,” this is the NPC you are looking for. If she does not appear at the gate, her visibility usually depends on your character’s story phase, and the older Undercity is the other place she has been reported.
Where to find Estelle Gendry in Orgrimmar
Wowhead’s NPC page for Estelle Gendry lists her position on top of Orgrimmar’s main gate battlements, at approximately 57.09, 89.956. The same page describes her as an NPC found in both Orgrimmar and Undercity. Check the gate first:

- Open your world map and zoom to Orgrimmar.
- Locate the main gate and look at the top of its battlements, around 57.09, 89.94.
- If she is in your current phase, she will be on the battlements. Try the in-game search for her name if you are unsure where to look.
If Estelle is not at the gate
Player reports suggest that her visibility depends on story phase. Some players find her in the pre-destruction Undercity’s Rogue’s Quarter, while others find her on the main gate after progressing through relevant Battle for Lordaeron and Battle for Azeroth introductory content. These are reported troubleshooting routes, not a guaranteed quest checklist that applies to every character. Work through them in this order:
- Recheck the gate. Confirm you are looking at the top of the main gate battlements, not the ground-level gate area or the nearby Trading Post.
- Try the older Undercity. If Undercity is in ruins for your character, ask Zidormi whether she can show you the older Undercity phase. In that phase, look for Estelle in the Rogue’s Quarter.
- Review unfinished introductory quests. Check for any active Battle for Azeroth introduction or war-campaign quests before assuming the NPC is missing. Player reports link her absence to incomplete steps in these chains.
- Accept phase-based absence if nothing works. If neither location shows her, her absence is most likely tied to your character’s phase. No single quest chain has been confirmed as the required step for every character.

The choice between the two routes depends on your story state and phase access, not on which heirloom item you want.

Do not confuse her with the Zen’shiri Trading Post
The Zen’shiri Trading Post sits next to Grommash Hold and is the Horde Trading Post location identified by Blizzard. It is a separate vendor location from Estelle’s heirloom-curator spot on the main gate. Blizzard’s announcement also states that the Trading Post is not available in WoW Classic titles, so the location guidance here reflects the modern retail game.
