GTA+ members may see some collectibles and events doubled again. One update report makes this claim without naming the full list, so check the in-game rewards for each activity before planning around the bonus.
Challenges and one-time rewards
Four rewards in this update are tied to completing a condition rather than to a multiplier. Each has its own deadline and delivery rule.

Win two Adversary Modes
Win two Adversary Modes by October 14 to earn GTA$100,000 and the Pink Skull Emissive Mask. This is the only challenge in the update that pays out a cosmetic item alongside cash. Rockstar Games’ official page identifies this as the October 8–14 challenge.
Play through October 14 for the Twilight Knife T-Shirt
Playing GTA Online at any point through October 14 unlocks the Twilight Knife T-Shirt. Because the reward depends only on logging play in the window, there is no minimum activity requirement stated in the reporting.

Complete five Payphone Hits
Complete five Payphone Hits by October 14 to receive GTA$500,000. Payment is made within 72 hours after the fifth hit is completed, not on the day you finish it.
Finish the Halloween weekly challenges through November 4
Completing all five weekly Halloween challenges through November 4 pays GTA$2,000,000 within 72 hours of completion. This is the only reward in the update that runs past the October 14 window. The deadline is November 4, and the payment timing matches the other challenges.

Where published listings conflict
Coverage of this update is not uniform. Two points are worth checking in-game because the reporting does not agree:
- Jack O’ Lanterns: one list gives 2X GTA$ and RP, while another gives 2X GTA$ only.
- Ghosts Exposed: the most detailed report gives 2X GTA$ only. Shorter listings group it with the 2X GTA$ and RP activities.
Rockstar Games’ official event page is the reference for the challenge rewards and the Halloween Community Race Series multiplier. The discount and rotation lists come from third-party update coverage, so verify those on the in-game storefronts.

How to spend limited play time
If you have a few hours, compare activities on these five points rather than by estimated hourly earnings. No completion times or payout-per-hour figures have been verified for this update.
