War Surgeon Gloves are the gauntlet-slot armor piece from Elden Ring’s War Surgeon Set. A Nameless White Mask invader drops them in the blood-filled lake area of Mohgwyn Dynasty Mausoleum; they are not bought from a merchant. Despite the name, this is a virtual game item, not a real medical-glove product.
Where to get War Surgeon Gloves
Defeat one of the Nameless White Mask invaders in the Mohgwyn Dynasty Mausoleum region. The encounter is in the blood-filled lake northwest of the Palace Approach Ledge-Road Site of Grace, near the Giant Crow and the lake’s drop-off. The gloves come from the invader encounter, not a shop.

War Surgeon Gloves occupy the Arms equipment slot and are part of the War Surgeon Set. The other listed pieces are the White Mask, War Surgeon Gown, and War Surgeon Trousers. The item reference lists the gloves’ weight as 2.3; that number alone does not establish that they are the best choice for any particular build.

What the item description means
Elden Ring describes the gloves as: “Bloodstained white gloves of the war surgeons who were effectively mercy killers. Of the surgeons that were abducted by the Lord of Blood none were able to tame the accursed blood. None but Varré, that is; though he was an exception.” This is fictional game lore: it connects the abducted surgeons to the Lord of Blood and singles out Varré as the exception. It is not a statement about real battlefield medicine.

No. “War Surgeon Gloves” is the name of an Elden Ring armor item, not an established real-world surgical glove product under that exact name. Searches for the item should distinguish the game’s gauntlets from medical gloves or costume accessories.
