Black Ops 4 launched with three Zombies maps: IX, Voyage of Despair, and Blood of the Dead. Official Call of Duty pages also identify Classified, Ancient Evil, and Alpha Omega as maps or Zombies experiences for the game. These six are verified examples, not a confirmed complete list of every post-launch map.
Which Zombies maps came with Black Ops 4 at launch?
Call of Duty’s July 3, 2018 launch coverage names three maps available at launch:

- IX — A Chaos storyline map set in an ancient Roman coliseum, where Scarlett, Bruno, Diego, and Shaw face the undead. Call of Duty’s launch article.

What other Black Ops 4 Zombies maps are verified?
Official Call of Duty pages also identify these later or separately grouped experiences. The pages establish their inclusion in Black Ops 4 Zombies, but do not provide a complete final roster or consistent access details for every map.
- Classified — A remastered version of the Black Ops map Five, set at the Pentagon. Call of Duty’s October 2018 overview says it was available to Black Ops Pass holders at the time. That release-era statement does not establish current access terms. Call of Duty Zombies overview.
- Ancient Evil — An experience returning players to the underground city of Delphi in Greece. Official Black Ops 4 Zombies page.
- Alpha Omega — An Aether storyline episode featuring Primis and Ultimis characters. Call of Duty Operations page.
How are the maps connected?
Black Ops 4 Zombies is organized around two storylines in the official coverage: Chaos and Aether. Among the maps listed above, IX and Voyage of Despair belong to Chaos; Blood of the Dead and Alpha Omega are identified with Aether. The official descriptions also place Ancient Evil within the Greek setting of Delphi. Classified revisits the Pentagon setting of Five.

Is this the complete Black Ops 4 Zombies map list?
No complete final lineup is established by the official pages cited here. The six maps above are the ones those pages directly verify; they should not be treated as an exhaustive list. The cited material also does not establish the status or access conditions of every other post-launch map, including Dead of the Night and Tag der Toten. For a current answer about what is included with a particular edition or platform, check its up-to-date publisher or store listing.
