Mt. Yurbuttsk update: the game now has more than the original route
Older guides may describe only Mabutts Valley. On December 16, 2025, an official Steam announcement introduced Mt. Yurbuttsk, a completely new map following a relaxing ski trip. The update added new animals, items, tools, narrative, music, vodka, snowball fights, snow tubing, and general bug fixes.
The announcement also described early localization work and said the developers intended to continue improving language support. Consequently, a current guide should distinguish the original Mabutts Valley journey from the later Mt. Yurbuttsk adventure rather than calling the game a single-map experience.
