How to Use Microsoft Rewards for Robux

Microsoft Rewards does not send Robux directly to your Roblox account. You exchange Rewards points for a Roblox Digital Card, retrieve its code from Microsoft Rewards, then redeem that code at Roblox.com/redeem. The exact reward, point cost, and availability depend on your country and Microsoft account.

What you get from Microsoft Rewards

The reward is a Roblox Digital Card containing a redemption code. It is not Microsoft account credit and cannot be spent elsewhere. Microsoft’s current public U.S. listing shows a Roblox Digital Card priced at 13,000 points, with options for 800 Robux and 1000 Robux. The signed-out product page does not show a separate point price for each option, so check the final price after signing in.

Rewards catalogs vary by country, region, account, and time. Microsoft says gift cards can become temporarily unavailable and does not publish restock or removal dates. Do not assume that older guides listing different Robux tiers or prices are still accurate.

1. Activate Microsoft Rewards

1. Sign in to your Microsoft account at the Microsoft Rewards website.
2. Open the Rewards dashboard.
3. Use the dashboard to start earning points.

Microsoft says visiting the dashboard fully activates the account for earning. Always use the same Microsoft account when earning points and redeeming the Roblox card.

2. Earn enough points

Depending on your region and account, Microsoft may award points for:

• Bing searches on PC and mobile
• Searches from the Windows search box
• Using Bing in Microsoft Edge
• Microsoft Cashback
• Rewards activities on Xbox and the Xbox app for Windows
• Qualifying Microsoft Store purchases
• Dashboard quizzes, trivia, and other personalized activities

Do not automate searches

Do not use bots, macros, automated searches, mobile emulators, VPNs, proxies, or artificial location-changing services. Microsoft says these actions can remove earning or redemption privileges, suspend an account, or invalidate points.

3. Find the Roblox reward

On the current Rewards website, use this path:

Microsoft Rewards → Redeem → Gift cards → Roblox Digital Card

The Rewards navigation includes Dashboard, Earn, Redeem, About, Order history, and Refer and Earn. On the U.S. catalog, you may see categories such as Featured, Gift cards, Donate, and Sweepstakes.

1. Open Redeem.
2. Choose Gift cards, then select Roblox Digital Card.
3. Choose the available Robux option.
4. Review the displayed price and select Redeem now.

If Roblox is not listed, it is unavailable for your account or market at that time. Do not try to unlock another region with a VPN.

4. Complete verification

Microsoft may require phone verification. Use a working mobile or landline number; VoIP numbers are not accepted for Rewards redemption. Microsoft also says one phone number can be associated with no more than six Microsoft Rewards accounts per household.

If you have too many failed verification attempts, Microsoft says to wait 48 hours before trying again. Repeated attempts during the waiting period may not help.

5. Retrieve the Roblox code

1. Go to Rewards → Redeem → Order history.
2. Find the Roblox order.
3. Open Order Details.
4. Copy the redemption code or open the redemption link.

If the email confirmation is missing, select Resend in Order history. Microsoft sends the message to the primary email address on the account, so check its junk or spam folder.

Use Microsoft Rewards’ Order history, not your Microsoft Store purchase history. They are separate areas.

6. Redeem the code on Roblox

1. Open Roblox.com/redeem in a web browser.
2. Sign in to the Roblox account that should receive the value.
3. Enter the Microsoft Rewards code.
4. Select Redeem.
5. Wait for the confirmation message.

Roblox says gift-card redemption is unavailable in the standard Roblox mobile app and on consoles. Samsung Galaxy users can use Roblox app → More → Redeem. For other phones, use a browser.

Important regional and redemption rules

Microsoft Rewards points must be redeemed in the same region where the account was registered. Microsoft says not to redeem while traveling in another market and prohibits VPNs and proxies for changing your apparent location.

Roblox says gift-card codes can be redeemed worldwide and that value is automatically converted to the account’s local currency. That Roblox rule does not override Microsoft’s regional restrictions on earning and redeeming Rewards points.

The Roblox card is restricted to redemption at Roblox.com, and Microsoft’s product terms state that partial redemption is not permitted. Points do not simply turn into Robux inside Microsoft Rewards.

Troubleshooting

Roblox is missing from the Rewards catalog

The card may be unavailable in your country or temporarily unavailable for your account. Check the catalog later and confirm that you are viewing the correct regional Rewards site. Microsoft does not provide a guaranteed restock schedule.

The order is canceled or blocked

Common causes include redeeming outside the registered region, using a VPN or proxy, earning points from multiple countries in one day, using a VoIP or inaccurate phone number, maintaining multiple user accounts, or using automated earning methods. Follow Microsoft’s Rewards rules and troubleshooting guidance.

The verification code does not work

Enter the code sent to the verified phone exactly. Use a mobile or landline number rather than VoIP. After too many failed attempts, wait 48 hours before trying again.

The code is not in the email

Open Rewards → Redeem → Order history → Order Details. Select Resend if needed, then check the primary Microsoft account email and its spam folder.

Roblox says the code is invalid

Check for easily confused characters. Roblox identifies these possible substitutions:

• 0 may be O
• 1 may be capital I
• 2 may be Z
• 5 may be S
• 6 may be G or Q
• 8 may be B

If it still fails, contact Roblox Support and provide the Roblox username, purchase date and amount, purchase location, country of residence, PIN, serial number, receipt, full e-gift-card image, and error message if available.

How long do Microsoft Rewards points last?

Microsoft’s current support information says points expire when you do not earn or redeem anything for 12 months; they do not automatically expire every month.

Earn points legitimately, open the Roblox Digital Card in the Rewards catalog, complete any phone verification, retrieve the code from Rewards Order history, and redeem it through Roblox.com/redeem. Check the price and availability in your own account because Microsoft Rewards offers are regional and can change.
