Yes—but only as a historical launch deal. The 128GB Meta Quest 3S was listed in Canada at C$399.99 and was promoted with a digital copy of Batman: Arkham Shadow. That does not mean every Quest 3S sold in 2026 still includes the game. The original promotion had an eligibility window reported to end on April 30, 2025, so buyers must verify the live listing and redemption terms.
What Meta announced
Meta announced the Quest 3S on September 25, 2024, as the lower-cost headset in its Quest 3 generation. It runs the Quest 3 software library, including Quest 3/3S exclusives such as Batman: Arkham Shadow. Meta’s announcement discussed US pricing and the Quest 3 lineup; the clearest evidence for the Canadian launch price comes from a Best Buy Canada listing.
The “new Batman: Arkham game” is specifically Batman: Arkham Shadow, not one of the older console Arkham titles. DC lists it as available only on Meta Quest 3 and Meta Quest 3S.

Was the Canadian price really C$399.99?
For the Canadian launch listing, yes: C$399.99 referred to the 128GB Quest 3S. It was a product/list price before sales tax, not a guarantee of the final checkout total or a universal price for every storage configuration.

- Currency: C$399.99 Canadian, not a conversion of a US-dollar price.
- Storage: The cited listing was the 128GB model. Do not assume the same figure applies to a 256GB version.
- Tax: GST/HST/PST and any shipping charges are added according to your province and order.
- Timing: Retail prices, stock and promotions can change, and an old product page can retain launch copy after a deal ends.

What was in the Batman bundle?
The launch promotion was a digital entitlement for Batman: Arkham Shadow, associated with an eligible new Quest 3 or Quest 3S purchase. It was not a physical disc, and “included” should not be read as “pre-installed” or as a permanent feature of every headset.

The Canadian retailer listing also advertised a three-month subscription trial. Retail copy has used different service names over time, so confirm whether a current offer is for Meta Quest+ or Meta Horizon+ and read its renewal terms.
Is the game still claimable?
Do not assume so. Meta support information cited an original promotion deadline of April 30, 2025. Later retailer pages and user reports have been inconsistent, and a listing may show older Batman packaging after the redemption window has expired. There is not enough evidence to promise that a headset bought on August 18, 2026—or any other current date—still qualifies.

Before paying, look for a current statement that Batman: Arkham Shadow is included, the purchase and activation deadlines, and any regional or “while supplies last” conditions. New, open-box, refurbished and used units can have different eligibility. If you already own the game, the promotion may not grant a second copy.
Typical redemption process
- Buy a qualifying new headset from Meta or an authorized retailer.
- Activate it with your Meta account.
- Check the headset, Meta Horizon mobile app and account email for the promotion.
- Follow the supplied redemption link or notification.
- Confirm that Batman: Arkham Shadow appears in your Meta Quest library.
Meta can change menu labels and redemption paths. Use the live offer terms or support instructions attached to your specific purchase rather than relying on an old walkthrough.

What kind of game is Batman: Arkham Shadow?
Arkham Shadow is a Batman game designed for VR, with the player physically interacting with Gotham’s combat and investigation systems. DC identifies it as a Quest 3 and Quest 3S exclusive; it is not a Quest 2 title. That makes the bundle meaningful for Batman fans, but it should be treated as a bonus only when eligibility is confirmed.

Both headsets support the relevant Quest 3-generation experiences. Batman alone is therefore not a reason to choose the 3S if an eligible Quest 3 bundle offers the same game. Compare the current price gap, storage, lens clarity, comfort accessories, warranty and return policy.

Checklist before checkout
- Confirm whether the unit is 128GB or 256GB.
- Check that it is new, not open-box or refurbished, if the promotion requires new hardware.
- Find explicit, current wording that Batman: Arkham Shadow is included.
- Read purchase, activation and redemption deadlines.
- Verify the seller, fulfillment and Canadian return policy.
- Calculate tax and accessories such as a better strap, case or prescription inserts.
- Review any subscription trial’s automatic-renewal terms.
- Redeem promptly after activation; do not assume an unused code is transferable.
Bottom line for Canadian buyers
The accurate version of the claim is: the 128GB Meta Quest 3S launched in Canada at C$399.99 and was initially promoted with Batman: Arkham Shadow. The price and bundle were not an unconditional, permanent promise. In 2026, buy the 3S for its lower-cost access to Quest 3-generation VR, and count Batman only after the specific listing and Meta account offer confirm that it is still redeemable. Choose Quest 3 instead if better optics, extra storage and longer-term comfort justify the higher current price.
