No—the Pokémon GO Fest merchandise offer was a time-limited July 2024 promotion, and its redemption deadlines have passed. Google Play Points once covered a Pokémon GO Fest pin, tote bag and cap, plus a separate digital Partner Research reward. Any new Pokémon GO offer must appear in your own Play Points catalog; the old promotion is not a standing benefit.
What the 2024 Pokémon GO offer included
A July 5, 2024 report described three physical Pokémon GO Fest items available through Google Play Points. The reported costs and terms were:

The contemporary report said shipping was free and each item could be redeemed once per account. These were physical promotional goods—not PokéCoins or automatically delivered Pokémon GO inventory. The precise item names, point prices and terms come from the July 2024 report; a current official consumer listing confirming those old offers is not available.

The promotion also included a distinct Partner Research reward for 10 points. The reported research offered an encounter with Charcadet and the chance to earn XP, Stardust and an Incubator. It was reported in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Brazil and South Korea. That country list applies to the digital reward as reported; it does not establish that the physical merchandise was available worldwide. Why you can’t redeem the old merchandise now
The reported offer had to be claimed by July 31, 2024, and redeemed by September 30, 2024. Both dates have passed. Unless Google issues a new offer, the pin, tote and cap from that promotion are expired—not currently orderable through Play Points.
Be wary of reposted 2024 headlines that say “you can now redeem” without a date. Google’s current help pages explain the general Play Points catalog, but do not confirm that these Pokémon GO items remain available. A current reward is verified only when it appears in your account’s catalog or is announced in a current official offer.

How to check for a new Pokémon GO reward
Play Points offers vary by country and account, so check the account that holds your points.

- Tap Play Points, then open Use to look for items, coupons or Play credit.
- Check Perks as well for partner vouchers or other account-specific benefits.
- Open a listing and read its price, dates, country restrictions, quantity limits and any shipping details before spending points.
Google’s documented general Android flow is profile picture → Play Points → Use → select an item → Use points. Labels may vary with the app version or region, and this general path does not mean a Pokémon GO offer is currently available.

You can also sign in to the relevant account at play.google.com, open the profile menu, choose Play Points and then Use. Google’s web instructions describe that route. Catalogs may differ, so for a mobile-game reward check the Play Store app and the web catalog; some mobile-game items may not show up in Google Play Games on PC, according to Google’s troubleshooting guidance.
If an advertised offer is missing
- It may have expired or sold out. The 2024 merchandise deadlines have passed. More generally, Play Points promotions can have quantity limits; that does not establish any particular stock count for the old Pokémon GO items.
- Check your account and country. Points belong to the enrolled Google account and cannot be transferred. Google also says eligibility and benefits vary by country; a Play billing address must match the Play country. See Google’s joining requirements.
- You may not have enough points. Google says items can appear unavailable or grayed out when your balance is too low.
- You may be on the wrong platform or tab. Look in Play Points → Use for redemptions and Perks for partner benefits. Try the Play Store app or play.google.com rather than Google Play Games on PC.
For a current advertised reward that still does not appear, confirm the signed-in account, Play country and balance; inspect both tabs and the offer terms; then reopen Google Play or check the web catalog while signed into the same account. If a voucher has already been issued and its code fails, Google directs users to the third party named in the offer. Changing your country will not restore an expired offer and can cause you to lose Play Points and level progress.

What Play Points can be used for
Google’s current documentation describes redemptions such as in-game items, coupons, Play credit and charitable donations, with partner vouchers also appearing in Perks. Which options you see depends on your market and account. Play Points are earned through eligible Google Play purchases; rates and benefits vary by country, so a U.S. earning example should not be treated as a universal rate. In the U.S., Google says points expire one year after the last time points were earned or used, cannot be bought or converted to cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Check Google’s Play Points help page for the applicable details and terms in your market.
Before redeeming any future physical reward, confirm that it is visible in your own account, the listing is within its dates, the shipping terms cover your location and you are spending points from the intended account. The offer’s own terms—not the rules for digital items—control shipping, cancellation and returns for merchandise.
