To create a crew in Blox Fruits, your character must be level 300 or higher. Upload a logo as a Roblox decal—or choose an existing Creator Store image—then paste the decal’s full asset-page URL into the Crew menu’s Logo Link: box. A decal ID by itself is not the documented link format.
What you need before creating a crew
- Be at least level 300 to create a crew. Players below level 300 can still join an existing crew.
- Have a Roblox decal URL ready, either for an image you upload or an existing image you find in the Creator Store.
Open the Crew menu using the skull icon. The level requirement and menu steps are reported in the Roblox Den guide (updated August 7, 2026); the Blox Fruits Wiki also reports that crews start with 15 member slots and can expand to 30, a capacity that may change with game updates.
Choose a custom decal or an existing image

The Creator Store option saves you the upload step, but it does not make the image exclusive to your crew. Roblox requires uploaded assets to comply with its rules: “All decals and other assets created for, and uploaded to Roblox must not break the Community Standards or violate the Terms of Use.” See Roblox Community Standards and Roblox Support: How to Make Decals.

Upload a custom crew logo
On a computer
- Open Creator Hub and go to Creations → Development Items → Decals.
- Select Upload Asset, choose your image, enter a name and description, then submit it.
- Open the decal’s asset or details page once it appears. Copy the complete URL from your browser’s address bar.
On mobile
- In the Roblox app, go to More/Create → Creations → Development Items → Decals.
- Choose Upload Asset, then select the image from your Photo Library.
- After submitting, open the decal’s asset page and copy its full URL.

Copy the decal link and apply it in Blox Fruits
- Open the decal’s asset/details page and copy its full browser URL. You can also find the decal through your inventory, but use the asset page URL rather than copying only the numeric asset ID.
- Return to Blox Fruits and open the Crew menu using the skull icon.
- Paste the URL into the Logo Link: box and press Enter.
- Enter a crew name and select Create to finish setting up the crew.
The full-URL method is described by the Blox Fruits Wiki and the 2026 Roblox Den guide. If you are joining rather than creating a crew, the level 300 creation requirement does not apply.

- You pasted an ID instead of a URL: Open the decal’s asset page and copy the complete address from the browser bar.
- The decal is not approved yet: Check its status in Roblox and wait for moderation to finish before trying again.
- The asset is not visible to your account: Verify you opened the intended decal and that it is accessible to the account you are using.
- The image has not finished processing: Allow time for Roblox’s processing and for the logo to appear in-game, then check again.
- You copied the wrong asset: Reopen the decal details page and confirm it is the image you meant to use before copying its URL.
Position is Everything’s May 19, 2026 guide identifies moderation, an incorrect asset number, and propagation delay as common causes. Its troubleshooting guidance does not establish a fixed processing time, so there is no guaranteed wait interval.
