The OneXPlayer X1 Intel is a 10.95-inch Windows handheld that doubles as a tablet and, with its detachable magnetic keyboard, a compact PC. Its original global campaign prices ranged from $859 to $1,399, depending on configuration. The official store currently lists a Core Ultra 7 155H model with 32GB RAM and a 2TB SSD for $859, reduced from $1,299—but its collection page marks the product Sold Out. That displayed price is not confirmation that you can place an order.
OneXPlayer X1 Intel price and availability
The Intel X1 has already launched; it is not a newly announced pre-order. The global Indiegogo campaign opened on January 23, 2024. The prices below are historical campaign prices, not a promise of current stock or current retail pricing. Notebookcheck reported the launch pricing.

The current official product page is for the 155H/32GB/2TB model. It displays $859 against a $1,299 regular price, while the store collection page says “Sold Out.” Treat the price as a listing signal, not a confirmed deal or assurance of shipment. Check the official product listing and whether checkout accepts an order for your region before making a purchase decision.

Launch prices did not necessarily include shipping or taxes. Your delivered cost depends on destination and order details; the store says shipping costs vary by order and destination. Its shipping information is at OneXPlayer Store’s shipping policy.

Intel configurations and launch timeline
The launch lineup paired the lower-tier Core Ultra 5 125H with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. The Core Ultra 7 155H options had 32GB RAM, with 1TB, 2TB or 4TB SSDs. The present official listing is the 155H/32GB/2TB version; the older campaign configurations should not be mistaken for currently orderable choices.

For the device-and-eGPU bundles, launch prices were $1,509 for the 125H/16GB/1TB X1, and $1,649, $1,719 and $2,049 for the 155H/32GB configurations with 1TB, 2TB and 4TB, respectively. Those were campaign bundle prices, not the current price of an X1 or a standalone eGPU.
The milestones were distinct: the Chinese launch was January 16, 2024; global Indiegogo availability was announced for January 23, 2024 at 16:00 UTC; and March 2024 was the expected shipping window for Indiegogo orders. These are historical dates, not current availability information. Chinese launch prices also differed: the 125H/16GB/1TB model was CNY 5,999 early-bird and CNY 6,599 regular, while the 155H/32GB/1TB model was CNY 7,299 early-bird and CNY 7,899 regular. What the Intel X1 offers
The X1’s defining feature is its 3-in-1 layout, rather than a conventional handheld’s compactness. It can be used with detachable controllers as a handheld gaming PC, without them as a touchscreen tablet, or with its magnetic keyboard as a small Windows computer. Connected to an external display, it can also serve as a desk-based system.

These are the specifications published on the official product page. It identifies the processor as the Intel Core Ultra 7 155H; use that full model name rather than the looser “Core Ultra 7.”
Why the large format matters
A 10.95-inch, 16:10 screen offers more room for Windows apps, emulation interfaces and game menus than the smaller displays on typical handheld PCs. The trade-off is size: at approximately 789g before accessories, the X1 is a substantial device to hold for long sessions, and the keyboard and controllers add more pieces to carry. Its 2560 × 1600 native resolution is also demanding for integrated graphics, so a game may need lower settings or resolution scaling.

OCuLink and external graphics
The OCuLink PCIe 4.0 x4 connection offers an option to attach an external GPU for a desk setup. That can expand the X1 beyond integrated graphics, but an eGPU is an additional purchase and makes the setup less portable; it is not necessary to use the handheld. Intel Arc performance and compatibility are game-, driver- and power-mode-dependent. In its review, PC Gamer observed graphical artifacts in some battery-powered gaming scenarios, even after driver updates. That is a review-era observation, not proof that every current unit has the same issue.
Accessories and what launch buyers received
Accessories require particular care when comparing a historical campaign with a later retail listing. Early Indiegogo backers ordering within the first 72 hours were promised a protective bag, magnetic keyboard, two controllers, a back support bracket and a pre-installed screen film. Those campaign gifts should not be assumed to come with a current retail order.
Chinese launch pricing indicated that detachable controllers and the keyboard could be sold separately for approximately CNY 399 each. Launch prices also excluded shipping and taxes, and the campaign’s introductory quantities were limited: reporting cited 200-unit limits for the main device SKUs and 100 units for eGPU-equipped SKUs at introductory prices. Confirm the precise bundle contents, shipping charges and taxes for any current order rather than relying on campaign terms.

Warranty, returns and ownership considerations
OneXPlayer Store’s stated policy provides a one-year limited warranty for devices and a six-month limited warranty for accessories. The return terms are narrower than a general buyer’s-remorse return window:
- Dead-on-arrival or arrival-damaged products may be returned within seven days of receipt under the stated policy.
- Returns after seven days are generally not accepted under that policy.
- A personal-reason cancellation may incur a 5% service fee, shipping charges, logistics fees and other applicable costs.
- Warranty service may require the customer to pay shipping and possible return tariffs.
Read the current return and refund policy before ordering, and consider how international shipping would affect a repair or return from your location.

It fits buyers who want a large hybrid device
The Intel X1 makes the most sense for someone who values a large touchscreen, tablet and keyboard flexibility, 32GB RAM and OCuLink expansion more than a light, simple handheld. Its design gives it a wider role than gaming alone, and the 155H/32GB/2TB specification is substantial for a handheld PC.

It is a weaker fit for pure handheld gaming
If portability, comfortable long handheld sessions or the strongest integrated-graphics experience is the priority, the X1’s size and Meteor Lake platform are reasons to compare newer options. OneXPlayer’s catalog includes newer AMD-powered X1 Pro models; they are separate products and should not be confused with this Intel X1. The official catalog has also listed a refurbished X1 Pro with Ryzen AI 9 HX 370, which is a different price and condition proposition. No blanket performance ranking follows from the model names alone.
The apparent $859 official-store price is lower than the historical $1,069 launch price for the 155H/32GB/2TB configuration, but the Sold Out status means it cannot be treated as a guaranteed opportunity. For buyers who prioritize local retail support, straightforward returns or known availability, compare mainstream handhelds from brands with service options in your region before choosing a direct-store purchase.
